Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew)
Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew) Located within the grounds of the Grand Palace in Bangkok, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha is Thailand’s most sacred Buddhist temple. It houses the highly revered Emerald Buddha, a small but significant statue carved from a single piece of jade. Built in 1782, when Bangkok became the capital, the temple features intricate architecture, colorful murals, and ornate details that reflect the finest craftsmanship of the Rattanakosin era. As a spiritual and cultural landmark, it is a must-visit site for visitors seeking to experience the heart of Thai heritage and devotion.
The Grand Palace
The Grand Palace is the most iconic landmark in Bangkok and a symbol of Thailand’s rich history and culture. Built in 1782, it served as the royal residence of the Kings of Siam for over 150 years. Within its walls are impressive halls, pavilions, and courtyards, blending traditional Thai architecture with Western influences. The complex also houses the Temple of the Emerald Buddha (Wat Phra Kaew), the most sacred Buddhist temple in Thailand. Today, while no longer the royal residence, the Grand Palace remains a spiritual and ceremonial center, attracting millions of visitors from around the world.

What an amazing day in Bangkok! The temples were so beautiful shiny, detailed, and full of life. James, our guide, made the trip special. He explained everything in a fun and simple way, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable. He gave time to walk and enjoy. Everything was easy, It was hot but still fun! Thank you James for a very good day.

Annie was so lovely and easy to be around. She made the day feel really relaxed and fun. Walking through the temples with her was great. She noticed little things I would have missed and shared stories along the way. By the end, we were tired but happy, just smiling the whole time. Such a wonderful day!

My boyfriend and I had the temple tour with Bee, and she made it unforgettable. She's so cheerful and funny. We laughed a lot. Bee showed us secret photo spots at the Grand Palace and even helped us pose (she’s basically a pro photographer 😆). She taught us a few Thai words and told cute local stories that made us smile the whole day. Such a romantic and happy experience thanks, Bee!
