1.00I paid but could find the place because you didn’t make the directions easy for tourists. Mind you I was redirected to Moco paid again and at this point I really had no choice since my ticket at your museum was time bound. If you really want to be helpful to tourists help the get you you easily with a dedicated line or clear instructions to locate the place . I must say I wasn’t the only person that fell into this unpleasant situation. Paying twice is not a good feeling. I don’t think I would recommend Viator to anyone. You are only interested in your money . I think you allow people the opportunity to cancel an out before the exhibition or be able to get a full refund if they couldn’t participate. 20 euros is nothing but it’s just the principle.
