Weather was overcast so visibility not great. We were left hanging around a lot before trip so the could fill boat which meant group was to large. Shipwrecks were good to see.

Fantastic time! We took our toddler so took turns snorkelling but she was able to see some fish from the boat and the staff really made such an effort to ensure we saw as much as possible and we were lucky enough to see 2 turtles❤️

Our experience was great, very good organization and they respected the schedules, we could see many fish, turtles and Stingrays! We observed several sunken boats that kept several species of fish!! Recommended 100 percent. Good tour por cruise passengers!!

I’ve been on only a few snorkeling excursions, Jamaica, Cabo, and Puerto Morelos. This is the only one where the staff really care that you have a great experience. They do everything they can to attract fish and turtles so that you get very close up. They accommodate people who are weak swimmers, and I think they will bring you out even if you can’t swim. They accommodate small children as well. I did this snorkeling trip twice in one week. The first time was disappointing as I left my GoPro at the hotel, and we had a green sea turtle that hung around with us nearly the entire 90 minutes we were in the water. The shipwrecks are really cool and there are quite a bit of fish. The second trip there was a couple sea turtles but they weren’t feeling like playing so I didn’t get any good video as they were too deep or far away, but there was a lot more fish the second time. Both trips were excellent and safe. Staff is excellent. Very highly recommended.

The pickup time is not the time you head to the boat. Other than that, we had a great time. I found myself struggling a bit in the water and a staff member was right there to help.

Lovely trip did eventually see a couple of turtles but other tourists crowded around so not very good viewing. No complaints on organisation of trip otherwise

READ FINE PRINT This is a hard review to write as the snorkeling was very good but the overall experience was poor. We were a group of 6 but two other couples who were not with us had the same experience with the timing of the excursion which was very vague. So vague, that I called the company but realized after that the information was deliberately obtuse. Pick up time was 1115 am and was supposed to be 90 minutes duration. The fine print however in the terms and agreements stated that we might wait “up to 2 hours” from pick up to actually getting loaded on boat for the snorkeling. We actually waited 2 1/2 hours and in the end, as we were on a cruise and time was tight, never did the snorkeling. Requested a refund which was denied. Owner did come to talk to us but was not interested in our worry about time. Her promise to bring us back to the cruise dock never materialized. Our one day in Bridgeport was effectively ruined. Never saw anything except a beach which we did not want and never signed for.
