5.00Started w/our reaching out to everyone the day before so that we were prepared. Phenomenal experience with Monica whose knowledge and passion were expressed in the information she shared, attention to details on our way, in the train and attentive to each member of the group. This is a must do and w/Monica. Attention to detail in every corner of was explained to us and every question answered: Saint George's monument to the Black Madonna's story; the rebuilding from Napoleon's time to destruction during the war were shared in key details which left us all enthralled - the specifics of the Boy's Choir and their journey pulled us into storytelling that only reflected brilliance and importance of the working Monastery. Must do.. you may want to return as I am already planning

5.00We had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Monica! From the very beginning, her instructions were clear and detailed, which made meeting up incredibly easy. She was warm, personable, and able to answer every question with confidence and insight. I truly felt like I could just relax and enjoy the experience — a complete passenger princess moment — knowing everything was taken care of. I was a bit nervous managing two children (8 and 7) on my own, but she made the whole journey smooth, fun, and stress-free. She even went above and beyond after the tour, providing thoughtful suggestions for rainy day activities with kids. Her professionalism and genuine care really showed throughout the day. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone — she’s the kind of tour guide you can rely on and enjoy spending time with.

5.00Marcelo was an outstanding tour guide. He provided information in detail on the train ride to Monserrat about the locals living in the country. Additionally, he guided us through tour provided very detailed information about the monastery and the Black Madonna. Once the best tours we have experienced.
