5.00My tour guide was Stéphanie. What I loved so much about this tour, was that it became a little more personal. Where it didn't feel like I was going through a robotic lecture. She's very knowledgeable and would take the time to explain questions that did arise. It was a great experience it felt as if a family member was taking me out sightseeing. Would 100% recommend this tour with Stéphanie.

Cable car or Bus ride

1.00We booked it for cable car ride, but in morning, we were told cable car is under maintenance and we will visit the place via Bus. Bookings shouldn't be accepted, if cable car is under maintenance.

4.00I only gave 4 starts because the cable cars were not working and we did not find out till the meet up. The tour guide was amazing. She was very apologetic for the cable cars and due to wind we could not go to the top of the castle. Over all it was a really good tour. Learned a lot.
If you want the cable car don't go in February

3.00During February, the cable car does not operate as advertised. The cable car was a major reason we chose this adventure. Our guide, Montse, made up for this with an excellent tour filled with interesting information of the old city and Fort. I highly recommend Montse!

5.00We had a fantastic tour today and would highly recommend it. We explored parts of Las Ramblas and the Old Town, then went up to the castle where the views over Barcelona were incredible. What really made the experience special was our guide, Montse. She was extremely knowledgeable, full of energy, and exactly what you need for an afternoon tour—especially after we had already been walking around the city all day. She shared so much interesting history and explained Catalan culture and traditions in a way that was easy to understand and really engaging. Our 10-year-old son was a bit disappointed that the cable car wasn’t running and was feeling under the weather, but Montse noticed straight away and made a real effort to involve him and make sure he left the tour happy. That really meant a lot to us. I honestly don’t think the tour would have been the same with anyone else. She really went the extra mile, even giving us some great restaurant and wine recommendations for the rest of our stay. A brilliant experience and a wonderful guide—thank you, Montse!
