5.00This tour was 100% worth it! Miguel was a great tour guide What I really liked about the process was how we were sent an email the day prior about the exact meeting location for the tour. We were given Miguel’s phone number just incase too! This experience is a good blend of seeing interesting landmarks in Barcelona and learning a few fun facts It’s also so nice that Miguel had the tickets for everything and we didn’t have to deal with that!

1.00The guide did not show up. We called the company and canceled our tour because they told us she would be there in 20 minutes and then 25 minutes later she was still not there. We called Viator. Hopefully they’re gonna refund our money and we went on our own way. It’s very unprofessional for somebody not to show up on a tour.

2.00The tour was not a small group, the pace of the tour was hectic, because of the size of group and being outside, frequently couldnt hear the guide, personal headsets (which have been a part of most other tours we have taken) should have been provided. A question I asked about the tour (via a message in the app the day before the tour) was not an answered until the end of the tour. The guide was knowledgeable.
