Wonderful experience that exposed us to different tapas that we would not have tried on our own. Our host (I think it was Roberto) was amazing and very engaging. Would highly recommend.

Exceptional experience. Oriol, our tour guide, was personable, knowledgeable and not overbearing. He gave us a great walking history of the Gothic Quarter, the Roman area and the Born area. The variety snd quality of the local tapas venues and selections were great, and the wine, vermut, porro and cava we sampled were fabulous. We had the pleasure of being accompanied by the principals of the tour company who treated us like old friends. I’d do this again in a heartbeat. But first, a nap.

It was a good way to sample Catalan food and explore Gothic Quarter and El Born. Our group was fun and fantastic! Berta, our tour guide was accommodating and answered any questions we may have. Our tour finished in less than two hours. Would have been nice if the tour ended with cup of coffee and a dessert. We went to three tapas bars/restaurants. Not too fond of Vidrios Cristales. The selection of tapas/food served were not to die for, although the red vermouth was refreshingly nice. Good tour overall, but I suggest for the tour guide to provide more historical info about the points of interests, areas, or Barcelona during the walk instead of just going from point A to point B for food. In addition, coffee and dessert should be a a standard or automatically included in the tour. And paella, too!

We loved our guide Berta, a local that was knowledgeable and funny and kind. However I thought the food was just “meh okay.” For the price, I wanted to be “wow” -ed.
