2.00The tour guide worked a bit too hard .. in the wrong way, he kept reading script loudly non stop for 1hr on the way to the place then another 1/2hr on the way back despite most guys wanted to take a nap after an exhausting trip. He was back facing the group so for sure he didn’t know most ppl felt annoyed by his load and strong ascent voice shoving into everyone’s ear. The tour place is mediocre anyway, painful to visit. wouldn’t recommend at all.

4.00Tour guide was very knowledgeable! But I have 2 suggestions: 1) provide paper maps of the site plus the trails with trail destinations. The free city map was rather worthless 2) I usually tip, but I didn’t this time because the guide stood outside the bus door with a tin can for tips, poor optics and not a fan of laying guilt in others

5.00This trip was a relaxing, informative and beautiful. Our guide, Marc, gave insightful background information of Montserrat and Barcelona in general. He gave clear instructions and didn't "overtalk". The bus was clean and comfortable. A truly enjoyable day!
Recommend but preplan hikes and mass times

3.00Francisco was very knowledgeable and eager to give information. He gave lots of information and used most of the hour trip. The bus was not very airconditioned so not as comfortable as advertised. Francisco talked about other tours and some recommendations on the bus back but most of the ride back was chill. Do some research ahead of time on trails you may want to take as 3 hours may not be enough time. It was confusing when we got there on the many different hikes. Also we went into Basílica and then a mass started so be sure to check the times ahead of time if you don’t want to go to a mass.
