1.00I have pre-paid the tour for 2 adults and 1 child and got booking confirmation, unfortunately the guide hasn't turned and there was no communication why this has happened.

5.00I had a really nice and interesting tour in Basel. The city is beautiful, and the tour made it even better. The guide, Gina, was super nice, explained everything really well, and made the experience fun and engaging. She was super cool and easy to listen to. Definitely recommend this tour if you want to learn more about Basel in a relaxed and enjoyable way!

1.00I'd like to give zero if I could because no one showed up. There were three of us, me and two Spaniards. We waited but nothing. We wrote to the reference agency to get the refund but to date we have not received a response. I paid 16 Swiss francs for nothing!!!!

1.00It's a hoax!! There is no tour in Spanish, only in English. We were five Spanish and the guide knew nothing about Spanish. He was very surprised when we told him we had paid for Spanish tour. A ten for guide who did his best to make the tour. The time is eight thirty not nine!!

Her passion really brought the city to life, and we learned so much while having a great time exploring the Old Town. This was one of the highlights of our trip, and I can’t recommend her or this tour highly enough. A must-do when visiting Basel!

5.00Okay, here’s a Tripadvisor review for your walking tour in Basel: I recently went on a walking tour around Basel and it was great. The guide (jina) was really nice and made the experience enjoyable. What was really unique was the use of an earpiece, which meant we could wander off a bit and not have to stick with the group the whole time. The tour wasn’t too tiring or too long, which was perfect for exploring the city without feeling rushed. I highly recommend it!
Missed tour due to conflict info re meeting lication

1.00I missed the tour due to opposing changes to meeting location. Viator provided a meeting location while the Switzerland tour operator provided another meeting location. I arrived to the SBB Banhof train station location at 8:50 am provided by the tour operator but no none showed up. We then ran to the location provided by Viator. We arrived at 9:15 am but the tour group had already departed. I plan in disputing the Viator tour charges for two tickets on my credit card.
