What To Expect
Battambang
On this half-day tour, you'll have the opportunity to visit natural highlights and cultural landmarks of Cambodia. After meeting , we'll travel by Tuk Tuk to bamboo train',During the one-hour ride, you'll have the opportunity to see small villages and the Cambodian countryside. And after that We will take by Tuk Tuk again along the small villages and countryside then you’ll arrive at Phnom Sampeau mountain, where you can either walk or catch a ride up the hill. At the top, you'll see the killing caves. Around and inside the caves, monuments have been created for the victims of the Pol Pot regime. You'll see a Buddha statue and the bones of the victims, which were discovered in the caves. On the way back down the mountain, you'll see the multitude of bats fly out of their caves (they’re millions of them)

5.00Great trip in tuk tuk Guide/driver really looked after us either water and bananas. His English was very good. He stopped often to show us things The bamboo train was quite the experience. The bats were amazing. Take a wrap/sleeves for journey home it gets cool

5.00The tuk tuk driver came to pick us up at the bus station even before the time fixed for the tour to start and he also offered us coffee! January was an amazing guide, he talked a lot about the story of Battambang and he would stop to every important spot in the city to talk about it. Bamboo train was the top of this tour, even if the run was shorter than what I expected it to be. In the early afternoon we climbed up the hill of a small mountain reaching to the killing caves. It was tiring but short. In the evening we saw the bats flying out of their cave. Nice experience and nice guide!

He met with us the evening before so that he could tailor a tour specific for our time frame and what we wanted to see.
