He is more like a personal concierge who handles your every need. Charlie knows the people, vendors, and has the connections to provide whatever experience you desire. We wanted to add additional activities during our time and Charlie negotiated the jet ski, ATV, and snorkel prices for us. So accommodating, flexible, and private.
