We had a fabulous walking tour with Simon, who was super knowledgeable about everything Beatles-related, and also had lots of other interesting stories and facts about the city as well. He was great fun and very patient with all our questions (knew ALL the answers), and without doubt made the tour a really jolly, fun, interesting experience. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a tour that covers all you need to know and more, and with a lot of laughter and a very enjoyable way to discover a lot of the delights and interesting features of the city.

We did the famous Beatles walking tour on Thursday the 7th of May with purple tours. I bonded with our tour guide called Allan who spelled his first name with the 2 Ls like myself😊 it was a fantastic tour(roughly 2 and a half hours) Allan was well informative with the history of Liverpool and the Beatles, Allan introduced us to the rest of the group and got us to interact together, There was plenty of photo opportunities on the walk with Allan happily taken photos for us if asked. When the tour was finished it didn’t feel like 2 and half hours it has taken for the tour😳 the time just flew past. I would thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone who would like to learn more about the Beatles and Liverpool itself. If you’re lucky to get Allan as your guide! you’ll have one of the best guides.

Allan was an amazing guide and an expert in everything Beatles. Absolutely loved this tour and continually kept looking at my partner and saying “isn’t this fabulous!” The tour gave us everything we wanted to know about the Beatles with a focus on the 10 years they impacted the music industry forever.

This was our second time of this tour—the first time was in the fall of 2025. We enjoyed it so much, we brought our daughter to Liverpool after she ran the London Marathon to explore the city and the Beatles. This time our guide was Mike, and he was fantastic, just as our guide was in 2025. Mike brought a different perspective, so we learned and saw lots of new things. It’s clear that in addition to being a great tour guide, Mike is a huge Beatles fan, and he brought all his enthusiasm and knowledge to the tour to help bring the sights to life. This is a great tour!
