We joined Simon for the walking tour in late November. There were only four of us on the tour. Simon made it clear from the beginning he was happy for any questions throughout the walk....and there were plenty. The tour was a good mix of Liverpool history and Beatles specific stories. You don't need to be a Beatles superfan and I'd never been to Liverpool before. Simon was never stuck for an answer and is happy to go into more detail on any topic that comes up......so bring your questions. I would certainly recommend the walking tour to anyone visiting Liverpool. I wasn't surprised by the already excellent scores for this activity. Visited the Cavern later that night for a few beers - also a recommendation.

Roy, our guide was very good. It was interesting to see all the places where the Beatles were and to hear their story. I would definitely recommend this walk to other people.

Wonderful experience with our tour guide Mike. Mike was an encyclopedia of Beatles facts and history. He continually entertained us with numerous stories of origins of Beatles and their uncanny rise to super stardom while weaving the landmarks and locations of where they grew up.

Mike was a brilliant tour guide. He knows EVERYTHING about the Beatles in Liverpool and we were able to visit all the famous and not-so-famous places in the Beatles’ Liverpool. We went beyond the city centre to the famous art school, LIPA, pubs, homes, music shops, statues…the tour had everything - easily the best walking tour I’ve been on anywhere in the world. If I sound as if I’m exaggerating - I apologise for the understatement. It was fab! Thanks Mike!
