The perfect time to learn to Scube Dive is during your trip to Costa Rica! In the Gulf of Papagayo, you'll be able to see many sea critters, sharks, dolphins, turtles, and other wonderful sea life! Dive sites are perfect for students. Your instructor will teach you the basic fundamentals needed to safely experience Scuba Diving. After the explanation, you will be fitted with dive equipment -- Buoyancy Compensator Device, Regulator, Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Weights, Weight Belt and Wetsuit -- and take you to the swimming pool or other confined water space. When you have gained the needed experience and the instructor feels you are ready, you will board a boat and do two ocean dives together with your instructor's guidance the entire time you are on the surface and under the water. Once back on the boat you can enjoy snacks before your second dive. IMPORTANT NOTE: Start your pool training in the afternoon on Day One then dive 2-tanks with your instructor the following morning. All equipment is included, and snacks on the boat. Transportation to the dive shop for pool training on Day One is not included. Transportation on morning of dive is included.
