Have a taste of freediving and find out what it’s all about. At Freedive Academy Panglao we specialize in AIDA, SSI, and Molchanovs - you can never go wrong with either of these agencies. AIDA 2, SSI Level 1, and Molchanovs Wave 1 are the official beginner course in freediving and have a duration of 2.5 days wherein you will acquire the proper skills to freedive to depths up to 20 meters.
In this course, we will introduce you to the purest form of diving. With the help of our experienced and very knowledgeable instructors, your freediving experience will surely be amazing. Here you will learn more about the freediving safety procedures and pressure-related issues, we’ll discuss breathing and breath-hold techniques, and relaxation, and we’ll teach you all of this via open water sessions, pool sessions, and classroom time. We will provide you with a certificate upon completion of the course. For sure a new and fantastic experience!

5.00We went on the snorkeling trip with Teo. He was really patient with us, but also encouraged us to swim around. Such a friendly guide and we felt really safe with him. We had a blast swimming with the sardines and seeing the reef. 10/10 unforgettable experience!

5.00The view is amazing in the sea! The instructors Ven & Rashid are both very professional and patient, guiding us thorough the preparation and snorkelling steps by steps. Both my parents >60yrs old can enjoy the experience very much. Super recommend for non-swimmers too.

5.00The system of diving schools is strict, we four people, the school sent two instructors to lead, the cost includes GoPro photography, so we brought back a lot of beautiful photo videos. Thank you very much for the 2 careful coaches, I dare only to turn around the water on the coral reef rocks, the coach actively took me to explore the beauty of the deep water area, so that I can adapt to the water after the sea and enjoy the beauty of the sea. Sadine Storm is a must see in this life, very spectacular, is the best memory of this trip!

5.00My brother and I had a great experience at freedive academy for our 3-day beginner’s free-diving course! The facility is really good including the equipment. All the staff were easy to dealt with and very friendly, Misha was very accommodating, communication was excellent! very straight forward no hassle. the course was so much more than we expect! well structured and comprehensive. The pool sessions and open water sessions were not cramped making sure we had enough time. We even had to tap out at times 😜. ‘Twas also nice to meet other students who encourages one another. Many thanks to our coaches! Olga, Ven and Jomay! Really dedicated in their craft and students 😍. Very patient and will really ensure your safety throughout the course… Olga is a very good teacher, won’t give up on you and will really try her best for you to learn what you need to learn, giving good feedback/ corrections on the techniques was very helpful and encouraging! Ven was very chill love her vibes, very encouraging and took her time to teach us even during lunch break to help with our equalising. Thank you heaps guys!!! Will definitely be back again if time and my AL permits! haha keep it up freedive academy! Amazing service! worth the money! 😎😎😎
