Luke and Page were great guides that lead us on an exceptional excursion. My son said it was better than snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef and that was pretty spectacular as well. Anyone thinking about doing something fun while in cairns, you will not regret giving this tour group a try!

We were traveling in on a cruise ship ship and did not get the information that they had canceled our trip and combined it with the morning trip. We were off the boat and in the meeting spot at 9am. Our trip was to be at 12. We spent the morning shopping and wasting time waiting for the tour. We arrived back at the meeting spot at 11:00 with plenty of time to spare. Then my phone dinged and I see a message that said that the new meeting time was now 10:00 am. Needless to say we had missed the meeting time. We were very disappointed as this had been one of the most eagerly anticipated trips we had booked. We feel that the operator was very unprofessional about notifying us in advance of the new meeting time. We would have been able to accommodate their request for a change of meeting time if we had been notified in advance.

We had an absolutely great time. Our guide Spencer was awesome and helped me feel more confident when I was more hesitant to do some of the jumps and climbing. It’s been my husband’s favorite activity out of our 8 days in Australia (and that’s including seeing the Great Barrier Reef). We would highly recommend!!

Unforgettable experience. Pushed us both outside our comfort zone, but Marcio and Paige were fantastic and helped us every step of the way. Great photos for memories.
