Mary is an Excellent Guide, well organised, knowledgable, friendly and enthusiastic. The Driver was calm and professional as he drive the comfortable mini bus around a busy Beijing. COCO who we booked the tour with directly in the hotel lobby was also very helpful. We recommend this tour to other.

Very enjoyable tour. Mary made the tour fun and informative. It was a long day but we covered a lot and because Mary is so good as a tour guide, we didn’t have to wait in line so the day flew by and had a great experience.

Well organized tour with wonderful knowledgeable and friendly guide- thanks Lee! The bus picked me up from the hotel and took us around to see the must see sights, as well as a delicious lunch stop. All admissions were included in the price, so there we nothing to worry about. There were also stops at some tourist retail points- very much loved the tea tasting! Be forewarned, these spots come with tourist prices if you know what I mean, but it’s still fun and the sales associates were not overly aggressive, so it’s easy to say no if you don’t want to buy something. Even in bitter cold January I had an awesome time, very much helped by our excellent host. The one thing I will advise is about the Traditional Chinese Medicine stop- just enjoy the foot massage and don’t bother with the evaluation. The TCM physician (if they’re not just sales people) will give you a reading and “prescribe” you some herbal remedies. I’m not going to posit on the efficacy of such supplements, but what I will say is that them prices they suggested were astronomical 😂 they suggested two bottles for me, and I had to ask them a few times before they showed me the formulation- mostly just ordinary herbs in tablet form…. $240 😂 sorry guys, holler at me when you’re sober. I probably would have taken the bait if it were $30; but sorry that’s just funny. But I only write about this because it was the one point where the construction of the situation made it feel like you agreed to something you hadn’t; and thus had to overcome that and be firm with a no. But the foot massage was class, just enjoy and don’t bother with the dog and pony show 😁

The trip was well organized and Mary was instrumental in ensuring the trip went well. From coordinating the pickup, processing the paperwork for entry to the Tianaman square, to stopping for lunch and tea, the entire trip was well supported. We had a real cold day and it was made worse by blowing wind. Inspire of that Mary ensured that the trip allowed for breaks yet not miss anything important. In all, a wonderful visit, thanks to Mary
