3.00We were picked up at our hotel by a driver, no communication, driven to another hotel told to go inside and wait. Tour guide walked us to another bus, told us to get in the bus. A lady turned up and told to get out of the bus - just a complete cluster. 1 hour wasted. The tour guide proceeds to take us into Tiananmen Square and Forbidden City - communication very poor, walk through at his pace, no consideration of people in the tour group. Very poor, people scattered everywhere. Went to lunch, and the lunch was very good. Left the tour straight after lunch. Take a private tour if you want to visit these sites.

5.00My visit to the Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace and Temple of Heaven was amazing. Our tourist guide Mari was an amazing person who explained everything about this places. She knew exactly where to go and way to avoid the long lines, get us there faster therefore we could have more time on the activities rather than the long lines.
