We offer two options for this tour—both include a visit to the Great Wall and a cuddly panda encounter at Beijing Panda House (no need to fly to Chengdu). Please choose based on your preference when booking: Option 1: Mutianyu Great Wall – Beloved for its well-preserved architecture, lush scenery, and fewer crowds, it’s ideal for soaking in the grandeur of this ancient wonder. Option 2: Badaling Great Wall – Enjoy exclusive VIP access (special shuttle bus and cable car) to skip all lines, ensuring a smoother, hassle-free experience.
Mutianyu Great Wall
Your English - speaking guide and private car will pick you up in the lobby of your hotel bright and early. Since pandas are most active in the morning, our first stop will be the Panda House located in the western part of the city. The giant panda is the rarest member of the bear family and is among the world's most endangered animals. Listed as endangered in the World Conservation Union's (IUCN's) Red List of Threatened Species, there are only about 1,600 giant pandas left in the world, and you'll have the wonderful opportunity to observe some of them here. After the panda visit, we'll head to a local restaurant for lunch, which will take around 40 minutes.

5.00Lucy and the driver were absolutely amazing. Went out of their way to help me with the ATM while also showing me a tea ceremony. This is one of the best tours I have been on in a long time. Luxury, hospitality and experiences all in one. Ask for Lucy, the sweetest and most helpful tour guide I have ever had.

5.00We had a great experience on this tour. Andy was our tour guide and provided very informative and entertaining dialogue. . Andy suggested we go early to the Great Wall to beat the crowds. We lucked out on the weather, while it was cold it kept the crowds away. Then a visit the Panda House which was the highlight for our 10yr old. Andy also suggested we take in an acrobatic performance show, which we were unsure of. However we did enjoy the performance and are glad we took the time to attend. Overall this was a great experience for us. And I feel helped us to maximize out time in Beijing.

5.00My tour guide was Sherry and my driver was Xie. Sherry was very knowledgeable about Chinese culture. She shared many anecdotes through our drive and at the various sites (Panda House and Mutianyu Great Wall). Sherry was also helpful in giving hints on where best to shop for souvenirs. They took me to a tea house as well before the Great Wall which was a great experience. Xie was an excellent driver through the day. I really enjoyed the day, seeing the Great Wall, and learning some history and culture along the way.

5.00An amazing day! Cindy is very friendly and She gave a detailed history of the Great Wall, escorted us through to the cable car and guided us on the iconic Wall . She organised lunch and then stayed with us during the visit to the Panda House to see such precious animals up close. our driver was so friendly and provided a great service. Thank you!

5.00I booked a private tour only 3 days in advance but had one of the best tours. Aurora is an amazing guide, speaks english fluently, and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also on time, and the car provided in the private tour was a very modern Toyota. Only down side is the we couldn’t spend more time to see the pandas and the red pandas. Otherwise the tour was perfect! Aurora and the driver was also very accommodating by dropping us off at a location of our own choosing (Sanlitun Taikoo Li department store) and not the hotel. Thank you very much Aurora and Mr Han for the amazing trip!

Our driver Fu was great and offered snacks and free water in the car, and our tour guide Sherry was super friendly and explained everything about the Great Wall, we learnt a lot today! Also she was like our personal photographer and took many cool pictures of us there!

5.00We are so grateful we booked this tour, we were able to skip lines at the Great Wall. Our guide Andy was very kind and helpful. He taught us a lot about Chinese culture and made the trip very enjoyable. Throughout the entire day, he was extremely resourceful. He was able to make our experience at the wall great. He even went so far as to help us plan our next day of trip. And our driver Mr. Li was great, helping us safely get to all our destinations.
