Experience: Kong Fu Panda Journey of the Dragon Warrior this is the only water ride in the park, take your family to the expedition. Don't blink in the torrent, grand scenes will unfold front of you.

5.00We had an excellent experience with the Universal Studios tour with pickup and drop-off. Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. Communication was outstanding — quick replies and great support throughout the day. A truly stress-free and well-organized experience. Highly recommended! Cathy handled the tickets flawlessly and took the time to explain everything clearly. She stayed with us until she made sure we fully understood the process and felt comfortable, which we really appreciated. The driving was smooth and punctual, and the directions were very clear. We were also given helpful tips for navigating the park and very clear instructions on where and how to meet the driver again for our return.

5.00Exceptional service from our guide Cathy and the driver . The tickets were organised highly professionally , pickup was on time , very friendly service from Cathy who has excellent communication skills, speaks fluent English and has a very friendly and bubbly personality, making sure that we were very comfortable . She explained everything to us , from the entrance to the park to the end of our visit and final pick up from the Universal Studios . The driver was very professional, and waited for us promptly . Pick up time was flexible and we could decide when to leave . We were sent photos of the pick up area , made it so easy for us to find . Cathy was in contact all the time making sure we were comfortable and enjoying out time at the Studios . She was very happy to answer all our questions and provide guidance for the rest of our trip as well, went out of her way to make sure we were well looked after Exceptional tour, five plus stars ! Thank you very much Cathy, you are a star 😊🙏

5.00We had an amazing time! The driver was very courteous and on time! We asked for a pickup time from Universal Resort, then realized we’d miss the parade if we left. No worries because the driver graciously agreed to wait AND told us to just take our time while he waited! That made a world of difference to my 6 year old granddaughter! THANK YOU!

5.00Superb Attraction Park dedicated to cinema... small flat, shows or screenings are in Chinese so we can only enjoy themed places (Harry Potter, Jurassic World, Kung Fu panda or Transformers...) The Chinese are full in their role and come dressed as Harry Potter!! excellent... we loved it! The tour operator was on top... the organization was well managed, we had a phone call in the morning to make sure we were off to a good start and also back... really serious! And the driver always on time... and friendly.
