The beer tour was more than just an introduction to Belgian beer—it was a journey through history, tradition, and craftsmanship. Fraser guided us with knowledge and genuine enthusiasm, helping us appreciate not only the beers themselves but also the stories behind them. What struck me most was the legacy of the Trappist monasteries. In a world that changes so rapidly, there is something remarkable about traditions that have endured for centuries. I left with a deeper appreciation for Belgian beer.

This was a great experience! Our host knows what he is talking about and has a great sense of humour. All of the participants were lovely and I think everyone enjoyed themselves even those that didn't drink beer. The beers themselves were so very different and good that it made a great time.

The beer tour was exceptionally well presented and gave an in-depth detailing of the evolution of Belgian beer. Tom was an excellent host and was unafraid of going off script to answer random questions. Paired with his knowledge of the area and beer in general, it felt more like visiting with friends than being a rigid tour.
