  Good service, impressive, very attentive to every customer. All employees are very cute, very friendly, smiling, very comfortable, hassle-free, just leave your bag at Bellugg and fill in your information, you can go shopping with peace of mind. When you want to come back to get your bag, you just show the receipt and passport. You can pick up your bag and wait for no more than 2 minutes. If there is a chance, I will definitely come back to use Bellugg's service again.

  Very helpful staff and round-the-clock service. The team at the luggage storage counter was friendly and informative. I had an overnight train to catch and didn’t want to lug my suitcase around all day. Being able to store my bags late in the evening and pick them up early the next morning was a huge convenience. It’s comforting to know they never close.

  Best luggage storage experience I've had – and always open! I travel frequently and have used various storage services, but this one stands out. The 24-hour availability is what sets it apart. I didn’t have to rush back before closing time or worry about early morning pickups. Everything was stored safely, and the check-in and check-out processes were incredibly fast. Highly recommend it for frequent flyers.

  I had a red-eye flight arriving in Bangkok and several hours before I could check into my hotel. I didn’t want to drag my luggage around while sightseeing, so I decided to use the airport luggage storage. It was one of the best decisions of my trip! The process was incredibly smooth, the staff was friendly and spoke good English, and I felt confident leaving my suitcase there. I especially appreciated that the service is available 24/7—it gave me peace of mind, knowing I could drop off or pick up my bag anytime.

  I was initially hesitant about leaving my valuables in a storage facility, but everything was well-organized and secure. Being open 24 hours a day is a huge plus, especially when many hotels won’t hold luggage after check-out. The staff was helpful and even offered tourist tips. If the price were slightly lower, I’d give it a full five stars.
