Many people visit the famous Benagil Caves in the Algarve on a boat trip, but this exciting self-guided kayak tour takes you inside our magnificent caves.
Join us, make a short Briefing to explain what you can visit, the safety conditions and deliver the material and depart from Praia de Benagil for the adventure at your own pace.
When you arrive at the cave, you can get out of your Kayak and take lots of pictures, stepping on the sands and walking at your leisure, something you can't do on a boat trip.
Paddle past Praia da Marinha and the rocky coastline and several deserted beaches.
Go at your own pace, going wherever you want!

What To Expect
An explanation will be given where the route you can take and the safety conditions will be explained, you will deliver the material and you will continue your journey at your own pace and through the areas you prefer. You can visit the Magnificent Benagil Cave, some nearby deserted beaches as well as some smaller caves and walk to the rocky area (Arcos) of Praia da Marinha (one of the 10 most beautiful beaches in Europe). Then they will return to Benagil beach to deliver the material.

5.00The guide and the service were perfect! Fortunately our group was very small, just the guide and us with two kayaks. Not as the other groups with 10+ kayaks. But be aware, that it is very crowded in summer. But nevertheless it was a great fun.
A wonderful way to explore the coastal beaches and caves of Benagil Beach.

5.00Our self-guided kayak tour on the coast began at the Praia Benagil. The tour operator's representative waited patiently while we moved our car to the parking lot, re-packed our belongings into the dry bag, and the bay they watched while we were on our journey. They provided the lifevests, kayak, drybag, and excellent directions. We were a bit slow on our evening return as the motorboats in the area made us move more slowly and cautiously. Incredible views.

5.00Victor and Diogo were excellent guides! We were very fortunate to be one of the first tours of the season - which had the benefit of visiting the cave alone. We are not experienced sea-kayakers but felt safe in their care. If an area was not safe enough due to sea conditions they would substitute a different point of interest which showed their professionality and concern for our safety. Along the way, we got a mix of history, geology, culture and lore in what was undoubtedly a highlight of our vacation. Thank you Victor and Diogo!

5.00The best way to discover the wonderful caves of Algarve and above all the most spectacular: the cave of Benagil. We canoeed and paddled, it is the only way to enter all the caves and also allows to stay a little in some to take pictures. The route lasts 1h30/2h and is the perfect time to see everything without being too physical for the less athletic. Also, the kai’n koa guys are very friendly and make everything easy for you. If you visit Algarve you certainly cannot miss this experience!!
