The walking tour inside the castle includes stone streets with some uphill and downhill paths. Comfortable shoes and basic fitness are recommended
Since Berat is located further south than Tirana, temperatures during the summer can be noticeably higher. We kindly recommend bringing a bottle of water, a sunhat, and wearing light, comfortable clothing to ensure you stay cool and enjoy the tour to the fullest

Berat Castle
Upon arrival, visit Berat Castle, a remarkable fortress where people still live within its ancient walls. As you explore, admire the stunning views of the city and discover several well-preserved Byzantine churches. Next, you have the option to visit the Onufri Museum (optional) known for its breathtaking collection of sacred artwork with vibrant red and gold hues.

5.00We had an amazing day with Bledi. The driver (Bledi) was the best! And the tour guide (Bledi as well) was the best! He taught us a lot about the history and gave free time to get around on our own.

5.00awesome tour! stick to the time, great pace. Ervin is really nice, kind, and explain the stories and histories behind the places clearly and with a sense of humour! i really appreciate that the tour made a whatsapp group for coordination and Ervin provide recommendations to eat and drink. Erverything is well organised! appreciate the game at the end of the trip though i didnt win, but the gesture shows how the tour goes way and beyond for the guests. if only i stayed longer in Albania i would have booked their Kruja tour too!
