Let me start with what matters most: the destination is genuinely wonderful. Berat is one of those places that earns its UNESCO status without trying too hard, and Lake Belshi added a quiet, unexpected beauty to the day. The itinerary itself was well put together and the sights delivered. The bus ride, however, is a different story. Our group of six was the last pickup on the route — which meant we boarded an already packed bus and found ourselves scattered across whatever seats remained. One of us ended up wedged into the back row between two strangers, one of whom was deeply asleep and had apparently decided that a fellow passenger made an acceptable pillow. Add relentless heat and no meaningful ventilation, and the 90-minute ride felt considerably longer. A few thoughts for the organizers, offered in the spirit of someone who has guided groups professionally for over two decades: filling a 55-seat bus to capacity does not guarantee a good experience — it practically guarantees a poor one. When a group books together, they should travel together. Assigned seating, or at minimum reserving a block for late-pickup passengers, would cost nothing and make an enormous difference. The tour itself is worth doing. But the logistics need serious attention. You can't build a quality experience on a foundation of discomfort, and no amount of beautiful scenery fully compensates for arriving at your destination already exhausted and irritable.

It was a very informative tour and was very well planned. Comfortable bus and good communication about pickups. Ervin our tour guide was very well versed in the history and conveyed everything very well. Keep up the good work!
