You'll cruise to the pristine Sea Gardens surrounded by miles of the world's northernmost coral reef. Make a stop at the shipwreck of the 'Vixen,' a scuttled ship rich in history, with a back-story too hilarious to believe. Once over the reef, your knowledgeable crew will provide entertaining and factual commentary about the civilizations of coral and fish that appear beneath you. Upon departing the reef, the boat will pause at the nearby sea grass beds, where you may spot a few of the many transient turtles that take refuge in this Mid Atlantic sanctuary.

5.00Melvyn was an excellent Captain, very friendly & welcoming. Also very skilful at navigation & positioning the Reef Comber directly above the wreck of the shipwrecked HMS Vixen. Cat was also lovely & knowledgeable about the marine ecology of Bermuda.

5.00This 1 & 1/2 hour tour was the perfect amount of time for us on our last cruise day. The crew was nice and funny. It was an easy ride and is perfect for families with kids and older adults. We even went out into the “Bermuda Triangle” to see an old shipwreck which our son loved.

5.00We had a wonderful Glass Bottom Boat tour around the Coral Reef of Bermuda and over the Shipwreck, The Vixon. Our boat Captain Gabby was a great host and very entertaining. Sam the narrator did a wonderful job explaining and narrating the Reef and information about the sunken ship. Very knowledgeable, and both were very nice. We highly recommend this fun and exciting tour!

5.00I can honestly say I wasn’t expecting the more subtle colors of the reef, especially compared to my previous reef experiences in Hawaii. However, the tour itself was still extremely enjoyable and informative. The history and information shared about the HMS Vixen was fascinating, and the crew did an excellent job explaining both the reef ecosystem and why the coral colors in this area are less vibrant than in other tropical locations. While the variety of marine life we saw was somewhat limited — mainly grey snapper and a few sea cucumbers — the crew’s knowledge and enthusiasm more than made up for it. They were engaging, professional, and clearly passionate about the area and its history. The complimentary drink was also very good, and I especially enjoyed the explanation of the different liquors used and the background behind them. Overall, it was a relaxing, educational, and worthwhile experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in the history and marine environment around Bermuda.

3.0065 people on the cruise out a possible 100. Could not get close to see the glass bottom and the coral reef and fish. Too many people, no one would move so there could look. Disappointed. . Crew people were nice.
