5.00We had such a great tour with Anand. He was informative, friendly and enthusiastic. Really enjoyed the option of walking by the river/forest side and enjoyed the views. He was also very helpful at the end with options to do/restaurants/ Christmas markets.

4.00Wife and girls enjoyed James’ leisurely pace and presentation style. I, instead, thought there was a lack of a big picture theme and storytelling on the tour. Something that should build on itself and leave one feeling more educated about the city’s history and culture.

5.00Great introduction to Bern. James is Australian, so there is no language barrier for English speakers, and he has lived in Switzerland for many years, so he knows the country very well. He took us to all the major sites and provided a great overview of the history of Bern and Switzerland. It was our first day in Switzerland, so he was also very helpful with recommendations about transportation and other places to see. Very highly recommended.
