First of all our taxi cab driver had no clue as to the address or information provided for the meeting point. We drove around for a bit while I texted Support. They told us they would wait till 10 after the hour to start the tour. We finally made it to the entrance gate at about eight minutes after and they had already gone in. OK, no problem so we figured we’ll just use our ticket to get in and join the group and the tickets were not valid. They would not let us in. Honestly, we went to the dolphin game the day before and there’s not much to the stadium. You may want to just go and check out the Starbucks there because it has an amazing view of the entire field. Based on our experience, I definitely would not recommend this tour save your money and time and do something better.

Don’t get Fatima she lies we had opportunities for pictures with players (green screen) and trophy main reason we went on tour and was told to wait until the end so we passed them up at the end we were told there was none we should have taken them earlier and we would need to buy another ticket yo get them … this was disappointing and main reason for our tour

The Bernabéu tour offered a good balance of entertainment and clear information. Our guide Fatima was energetic, knew her material well, and kept the group engaged without overdoing it. Her explanations were concise, structured, and backed by solid knowledge of the stadium and the club’s history. Overall, the tour moved at a steady pace and felt both lively and reliable, thanks to a guide who combined enthusiasm with professional competence.

Our tour guide LIDIA wasn’t just a tour guide as she walked us around the stadium Bernabéu. She is a true Real Madrid supporter and that made the tour experience so special and memorable because she described every aspect of the tour with pure supporter passion. Great tour. Thanks Lidia
