Must do experience if your a football fan given the ambience and history of Real Madrid football club during the tour was very cool to see in person! The tour guide fathima was super friendly and patient with all of us which didn’t make us feel hurried! Only downside was during our visit pitch side access / vip box and players changing rooms weren’t allowed which was quite a disappointment but that may change moving forward .

Excellent tour very complete. I highly recommend it but in particular with the guide Aldo who made it quite enjoyable and complete. He guided us very well and helped us with photos at the end.

Diego was great. Taught a lot of history about the club and was able to show the stadium which is larger than I expected

This tour was perfect for a small group. There are other tours moving throughout the stadium but our guide Fatima was polite and kind. She was well respected by the security and all the employees. We had time to visit the many salons! It’s so Much bigger than I could have ever imagined. But the 5 levels of grass is absolutely insane. The championships trophies, the interactive exhibits were fire! This is a must do for non sports fans and sports fan alike!

The worst agency to order tur the office ES EN the United States. If he has local problems you have to call USA. They help you NO way to solve the problem and you lose the silver. I met the guide and asked if that was the tur DE Real Madrid and she said NO. One DE porter went to talk to her and would NO help. Bad guides. Stay away from Viator. We lose the money. We lost the money.
