Very detailed oriented and passionate tour guide. I felt like we were shown all the main parts of the stadium along with the nuances that are not well known.

Our guide, German, was very knowledgeable and we had a great time. German let us set the pace and made us feel super welcome and comfortable. We learned a lot that we would’ve otherwise not caught just doing the tour by ourselves.

It’s definitely a bit crowded in there as a lot of people show up to the stadium either for guided tours or self guided ones. However, the advantage with the VIP Guided tour is we got to see the locker rooms and also enter the field and sit on the players’ bench. Seeing the trophy collection and history of the club makes this a must see activity for any football fan.

Great experience walking through the museum. There was a Christmas market going on so we weren't able to access the pitch. Gigi was awesome and very helpful with our other questions about Madrid.
