Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.
Cancellation Policy

1.00I was 5 minutes late and tried to reach the organizer but I could only send a message from which I have’s heard back. Thus went and bought from the official Real Madrid stadium office

2.00We showed up on time dropped off at the address listed. We saw a large sign in front of the stadium that said "Tours." We got in that line and the lady had trouble scanning our tickets and asked us to step aside. After the line went through she checked our tickets again and said these weren't the right tickets and perhaps we needed to meet our group somewhere else. It took us a while to find the meeting place but the group had left. When we called the tour company, only 10 minutes into the tour at this point, they said we couldn't join the tour, we couldn't get our money back, and we couldn't even reschedule the tour without showing up at a totally different address to purchase the tickets and had to pay an additional 1/2 the original ticket price. I requested my money back later through tripadvisor, explaining the situation, and the tour company again refused a refund. This is a total ripoff of $355.27 USD having received nothing. They should explain the meeting place in the instructions more clearly delineating to NOT get in the line that says "Tours" and instead go across the street. Also perhaps suggesting an early arrival given the strict starting time. These kinds of tips from other tours I've gone on through Tripadvisor/Viator are standard. The unforgiving processes involved in even attempting to reschedule seem very scammy. Also, we discovered it is only 40 euros each to get in to self-tour, including the museum, so this made this tour seem even more of a ripoff. I would not recommend this.
