The itinerary will be temporarily reduced due to refurbishment works. You will be able to access the Museum, the 21st century model of the Santiago Bernabéu, take a photo with the Champions League trophy (optional), the panoramic view of the stadium and visit both the Madridista card area and the Official Store. Access to the changing rooms, benches, presidential box and press room is temporarily restricted.

The turf has been removed from the pitch

Due to the various events taking place at the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, as well as the remodelling works, the Tour Bernabéu may vary its route and timetable.

Wheelchair users: please note it is not currently possible to complete the entire Tour Bernabéu.

There are several stairs along the itinerary, so we do not recommend bringing luggage or pushchairs, strollers etc

This tour/activity will have a maximum of 30 travelers per guide.

We do not provide a left-luggage service

Admission staff may request official documentation to verify the children’s age (ID, Passport, etc). If this documentation is not provided, the payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.

Very unpleasant experience, since they did not leave my ticket in the entrance, I warned that Uber that I took was late for me and still did not answer message when I warned of the problem. They came in a few minutes before I arrived and I had to buy another ticket at the ticket office.

We arrived a few minutes late and missed the tour. No communication, so other sense of kindness considering we paid for this tour. I had to buy another round of tickets to enter the Stadium. If you pay a tour and you miss the time, the agency should make either an agreement with the stadium to let you enter at least inside or to make it possible and catch the guide inside. This is terrible and bad experience. I wouldn’t recommend at all your services.

The tour guide was a little hard to find at first but once we found her we were very happy. The guide did the tour in both English and Spanish.. She gave us earphones so that we could hear her clearly during the tour which was great because given the number of visitors that were inside it was loud. Tour guide was informative and professional. She focused on the history of soccer not the current players.

No experience at all. Service was never provided. We arrived 1 minute late, could see the guide coming in, and he did not come get us, we were 5, there were another 4 people in the same situation. They said it was company policy. Very dissapointing!
