The experience was great! However, I booked my tickets via the Viator website a week prior to my trip, and when I tried to download my tickets, they would not download. I spent half an hour trying to gain access to my tickets. I had to buy tickets again at the stadium. They were actually cheaper at the stadium too. Viator refused to give me a refund despite it being their fault for making it so difficult to gain access to your purchased tickets. I downloaded the app, tried to do it via a browser etc. I didn’t even get to scan the tickets I purchased from Viator, so these tickets were not used. £100 down the drain. Do not buy your tickets via Viator, it is quicker and cheaper to purchase at the stadium.

Very well designed tour that allows you to walk through the stadium like a museum: Viewing and learning all of the history of the club, the trophies, the stories; seeing the locker room and being at field level was great too! Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

Impressive stadium, we learned a lot on the tour. You get to see a lot more than just the stadium, a lot of historical information and trophies, etc.

We had zero communication with the guide. Due to the parties in Madrid, the streets were closed and we arrived 12 minutes late for the tour. We send you numerous messages through the app and Customer Service by phone. No one ever answered, or communicated with us and we lost the Tour. We will stop using Viator as our tour page. Thank you.

Real Madrid is my team. I love them, I love the Bernabeu. Just wish there was more transparency and clear details on the tour. Which I will get into later. I did the tour on Friday October 31st, a day before the Real Madrid Vs Valencia game, which I went to also. One of the problems with the tour was that it was basically twice the price than if I would've went solo and got a self guided tour instead. I will say, My tour guide was a beautiful, red headed, very well informed madridista, she was great. But the whole tour was wayyyyy too quick. Not enough time to soak in all the details and see everything calmly, it was way too rushed. My main problem with it was that I paid full price and did not get to see the Locker room or get the field access with the benches... That to me is a HUGE issue. The reasoning for this was that the next day was a game day so for those reasons the tours are limited to certain access, which I understand, but for there to be no prior knowledge of that was unacceptable.. It should be stated clearly that if there is a game the next day you will not gain access to the field/Locker room. To me those were the 2 main things I cared about seeing. Without the Locker room and field/bench access there was almost no point in doing the tour. Sure the champions league are amazing to see and the museum part is great, yes. But without the Locker room and field access I felt robbed to be completely honest. I feel as if there should be more CLEAR information on what you will be getting from the tour. For there to have been no type of notice or warning that game days can affect certain portions of the tour is unacceptable.

My visit to the Bernabéu was absolutely crass. The stadium looks huge and futuristic, and the view of the pitch is top from every seat. The atmosphere during the match against Girona was really good. Even the technology in the stadium, from the displays to the acoustics, really makes a difference. Food and drink prices are high as expected, but overall a visit here is a real highlight for any football fan.

HORRIBLE!!! The tour guide never showed up! I stood around with the 10 other people that were supposed to be in my tour and we all waited an extra 30 minutes with no response from the guide. We all called support and they said the tour was already going on in the stadium. Mind you that all of us were there 30 minutes prior to the tour. I think it’s all a scam and we all deserve a refund even though they said we can’t.

TERRIBLE experience. Guide never showed up. Had prepaid the tour and traveled with five members of my family from Sweden to see the stadium. Received email day before with instructions of where the tour would start. Was fifteen minutes early to the meeting point and waited an additional 30 minutes after that. Called support number to get help from viator when no guide was there. Their help was minimal. They informed me they tried to reach the operator but could not get in touch with them. Then I was told they would email the operator and send me their number contact information to my email. Never received that information though I doubt it would have made any difference. I have demanded Viator refund my money and compensate me.

I received sms with our tickets to guided tour, we went to the location on the time, as there was nobody to pick us up, we called and apparently the excursion was postponed to another time, but nobody didn't inform us about this. We had a call with the provider and luckily money was returned and we bought tickets on place and get to see the stadium.
