Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

2.00Our guide Paula seemed to have a bad day. She had her strict rules that she didn't get tired to repeat constantly. Like, we must not stay behind, and it's not for her, it's for us visitors, she got all the time in the world, although her daughter is in hospital to give birth to her grand child. Then were rushed through the exhibition and beeing called out by name if we would not catch up with her fast enough through her mic. All in all not a pleasant experience.
