  It was not an actual you as you were not guided by anyone but instead you were just walking around. I was very disappointed when I found out that you could not walk out of the tunnel which I believe is a major part of a stadium overall though it was a good standard and I would recommend.

  By far the worst stadium tour that I have ever been on. The guide was not particularly friendly or upbeat, and she provided little to no information on the history of the team or stadium. Even if she did provide information, no one would have heard it as the quality of the mic/headset system used by this company is so poor that it’s useless. Do not waste your money and pay for this guided tour as you’ll learn just as much by getting a general admission ticket directly from the box office.

  Booked in advance, travelled from the UK specifically for the stadium tour experience, and to fulfil a family members wishes to have seen it. Was left heart broken and so disappointed. Meet up was 15 mins before the Booked time slot but the guide didnt show up even after 30 mins wait after the time Booked for. Spoke to customer services was told by them the Guide started the tour without us 30 minutes before the time booked. Not stated on the documentation at all. We was in limbo of what else we could do because we'd gone there specifically for the experience. A Refund has been requested! so, let's hope we have some luck and something back from the wasted expenditure on the flights hotel and tour in madrid.

  Excellent tour - with a very good guide . Saw more than I expected. Loved the changing rooms and the dug outs . Look forward to being back with Sunderland.

  Daniel was our guide, Alberto was never there, it was actually well explained everything, without haste, with a lot of courtesy. We will repeat it with more family without a doubt. Good job Daniel, good job Julia Travels.

  The qr code did not work when i arrived and they said the issue was with viator as the provider and that it was a known issue. I purchased a diff Type of ticked in person and was told to reach out to you guys for the refund since this was an issue on your end. I will need the refund asap

  Bought a ticket for bernabeu tour and I wasn't allowed to get in because ticket not found and nobody at customer service was able to helped me and I did a claim for refund and it was denied..
