Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

4.00This is a great stadium to visit and a must for all football fans. The history of the European Cup/Champions League is especially interesting and the views of the pitch are really enjoyable. The only aspect that I did not like was the cost. I found the price of €45 a lot for a self-guided tour that I had booked 1-week in advance of coming to the stadium. Otherwise everything else was really interesting.

1.00The tour had to start at 2:30 pm, and I texted the tour guide through Julia Travel, that we are running a few minutes late due to traffic, we reached at 2:35, and we tried to contact multiple times, with no response from the guide at any time. We lost the tickets, the experience and no courtesy refund or any apology from the guide or Julia travel. Very poor and disappointing experience and service.
