Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

1.00The qr code did not work when i arrived and they said the issue was with viator as the provider and that it was a known issue. I purchased a diff Type of ticked in person and was told to reach out to you guys for the refund since this was an issue on your end. I will need the refund asap

1.00Bought a ticket for bernabeu tour and I wasn't allowed to get in because ticket not found and nobody at customer service was able to helped me and I did a claim for refund and it was denied..

5.00the stadium is amazing. We did not get to see the panorama view as they were preparing for an event but did get to see the rest of the tour. There are lots of stairs, we had an mobile 88-year-old and it was a bit too much for her as there was not time for her to sit and rest. Overall would highly recommend very amazing
