5.00Honestly, the train ride was beyond words absolutely breathtaking and a must-do experience. It was a bit disappointing not being able to spend more time in Switzerland, as it’s truly stunning. The only minor downside was not being allowed to eat or drink on the bus during the 1.5-hour journey each way. Aside from that, this day trip is an absolute must!

1.00Boked a trip Lake Como & Bernina Train, got downgraded at less than 48hrs from the trip to a roundtrip on the train and no cruise, and that trip was not even respected. When contacted by the tour operator, I got offered a partial refund of 80€ (only 79,53€ arrived…) and a change to this other trip. It would have been impossible to change the dates or accept any other option, since our schedule was tight and it was a present. So, reluctantly, we accepted, and in the end paid more than average for a trip that, just with a one way ticket on the train, costs way less, without even talking about the upsetness that it created… the day of the trip, we shared our concerns with the tour operator, that just stopped answering. After the trip, we contacted viator, that after a few days simply reported to us the unwillingness for a refund, partial, of the trip by the tour operator. Quite useless. First and last time on this website, where the tour operators can write in description whatever they want, do not maintain it, and keep money for a service that was not given.

5.00An unforgettable experience, the landscapes are incredible in winter, every corner of Los Alpes is a postcard for souvenir. Weather in St. Louis Moritz is short and not enough to eat or get to know the village more in detail.

4.00I rated it 5 but only 4 circles appear. It was a last minute plan that I am very glad we did. Do take some food. It was 2 hours from Lecco where we stayed. Then at least 2 more hours to St. Moritz. The food in St Moritz is ok and super expensive could not wait to get back to Italy to eat.
