The train journey seems to be straight out of the story, with the snowy landscapes and being able to open the windows to look out and feel closer still to the mountains and lakes. I also enjoyed an hour and a half in Tirano, where I could taste the typical brasaola dish and Inferno wine. Then an hour in posh San Moritz. There I toured (just watching) its luxurious shops, regained heat with a cup of hot chocolate and bought chocolates. The bus tour included more spectacular scenery and at the end a while to rest. In addition, the guide Lina managed to get the whole group to learn some Italian. Bravo Lina! And brave Georgio and Federico, the bus drivers!

It was fantastic although we had to go to the cathedral and we have skipped it and had little time in st Moritz.

What a wonderful day! It was only one day, but I feel like I saw a lot of Even in the winter when the days are short, we were able to see snow and the mountains. The views were spectacular from the train, as expected, but also from the bus. Everything ran smoothly and the bus was very comfortable - it even had outlets to charge my phone on the way back. We had more than 2 hours in St. Moritz, so I was able to walk all over the village and even walk on the frozen lake. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the experience was terrible from beginning to end. In addition to the extremely rude and disrespectful treatment of the guide and the driver, there were also serious comfort problems. My seat on the bus was visibly tighter than the others, making the ride uncomfortable, especially on a long journey. When reporting the situation, there was no attempt to resolve, only dry and impatient responses. Simple questions were answered with irony, and the general atmosphere was of total lack of professionalism. A tour should be valued for the well-being of the passenger, but there was a lack of education, empathy and respect. I do not recommend. Care and comfort are basic — and unfortunately both have left much to be desired.

Hello the experience has not been very good. At first the guide told me that my tickets were not valid until after insisting he checked my name and I was able to carry out the activity together with my partner. Secondly, the activity included the round trip on the saloon train and we have only made one way trip, returning all the way by bus, which has become very heavy. My opinion on the rest of the trip has been correct but I would not say very well so I would not recommend this experience to any friend.

Timeliness, assistance, friendliness and accuracy in the travel program. The bus as usual, the scenic cruise, Moritz a dream and above it began to snow, film.

I was so looking forward to this trip but it was very disappointing. My initial booking was changed due to operational issues! But really it was to cram as many people into the coach and the carriage as possible, making it crowded, hectic and uncomfortable. I had thought this was the Bernina Express with the lovely overhead windows but it was the local train where the windows can be opened meaning that the train trip was spent with people vying for more photographs than anyone really needs. No food opportunity on the train or toilets which was outlined several times on the coach to Tiriano but as I knew already I had taken a packed lunch and drink. The view of Lake Como was whizzing past on the motorway and the tour round St Moritz was speedy and not easy to herd 50 people by one guide. The guide, Sabrina, herself was personable and professional and the coach and drivers very safe and competent. It was a greedy tour because next month tours will only be allowed 25 in a group I was told. It would have been possible to do this myself by booking a train to Tirano from Milan and taking a trip on the Bernina Express to Chur but St Moritz is quite charming and then it is a 2-3 hour coach back to Milan in the dark. Also on the train our group of 50 were confined to one carriage, or upgrade for another 24 euros to FirstClass and then find out that in fact one could have been in other carriages but our tour guide said we should stay in the crowded one - so that was annoying to find out in hindsight as the rest of the train was almost empty. The scenery was lovely though and worth seeing. Nothing much in Tirano, Lake Como not great in winter even speeding by and hearing about the lovely gardens! St Moritz is classy and charming.
