While the Cold War happened a long time ago, Korea is the only country that still remains divided as a consequence. The DMZ lies on the border between the North and the South. This is the most heavily fortified border in the whole world, so don’t miss the chance to see it! You should expect a truly immersive and unforgettable trip on all our DMZ tours!

Passport is needed on the tour day. (A Military ID Card, or an ARC Card can be used instead of a passport.)

The Tour Time can change due to Military issues in the DMZ.

Pick up points will be either the main Subway Station or a hotel in the downtown area. The Meeting time can be changed depending on each location.

ONLY DMZ Tour: This option does not include optional stops such as the Gamaksan Red Suspension Bridge, Majang Lake Bridge, the JSA Museum, or strawberry picking.

    VIP DMZ tour was fantastic. We learned so much because of the organization and insights of our guide, Moon.     This tour was great! From start to end Eva was amazing. Welcoming and knowledgeable, she went out of her way to make sure we had a memorable experience. The only downside to this tour is that the description is inaccurate. There is a lot of climbing and walking to get to/from each of the spots that you stop at. The hike up to the bridge is strenuous and the walk down the tunnel goes at an 11 degree angle for over 300 meters down almost 20-30 floors below ground level. Once you get down to the bottom you have another 200 plus meters in a 5 foot tall tunnel to the end and back. That easy walk down is now extremely challenging on the way back up. If you have asthma or any respiratory/physical issues the tunnel is not for you. Make sure you have water for each stop. Last but not least, know going in that you will not be able to take photos of North Korea from any vantage point it is not allowed. Viator please ensure the description of what you will be doing on this tour is better.

    If you like getting to know a country through it's history and tours, I would definitely recommend with tour with Alex, he was welcoming, informative, funny oh and handsome 🤭 and if you would like an English speaker, his is on point 👌🏽. I really enjoyed the stories he shared about his family and how the NK/SK war impact their lives, thus making the tour more meaningful. Thank you
