5.00This tour far exceeded our expectations and was just fabulous! Our guide Alkma was so knowledgeable and was so interesting. To see the Dhobi Ghat from the inside was such a privilege, it really was impressive. The Dharavi slum was beyond incredible and again to see it at such close quarters with someone who lives there himself was very special. We couldn't recommend this tour highly enough!

Helpful communication prior to trip and all timings and arrangements as advised. Abi, our guide, who met us at our hotel, was so well informed about Mumbai and Dhobi Ghat as well as his in depth knowledge of Dharavi. Abi’s English was outstanding and his accent very clear. 5.00I visited the slum and laundry community in Mumbai yesterday and had a wonderful experience. Our guide Bharti was excellent and truly passionate about her work. Bharti explained daily life, work, and the culture of the community in a very respectful and engaging way. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to answer all our questions, which made the tour both educational and inspiring. This tour gave me a much deeper understanding of the community and its people. I always recommend this experience to my friends and family, and I’m happy to continue doing so. 5.00It was an amazing experience and our guide Alkama was fantastic, giving us the dated & history and information about the area. He was very enthusiastic and never stoppped talking from the minute he picked us up until the tour finished over 3 hours later. We experienced a train journey and detailed journey through the slums where we bought a beautiful leather bag. What a wonderful tour. We have used Vistor all the time on our 3 week holiday & would definitely recommend them to everybody .

5.00Abi was really an great guide. It was an fantastic tour. He explained everything very well. He gave me the choice of driving or taking the train from the slum to the laundry. I chose the car. But after the slum tour, I felt so safe in his presence that I spontaneously decided to take the train after all. With him by my side, it was no problem at all. He was always concerned for my safety. I'm absolutely thrilled and can highly recommend it to everyone..

His english was amazing, he is extremely knowledgeable and personable, providing current day as well as historical information. I have gained a much better understanding and appreciation of the day to day life of the Dharavi community working and living within a larger community. 5.00Great communication. On time pickup. Tour guide - Alkama, very knowledgeable and interesting. Let us choose between car or train from our pickup location, and since we had not previously been on a train in India it proved a good option. We were never rushed, had all our questions answered and thoroughly enjoyed our adventure. Recommend it to everyone.
