Alex did a great job explaining the history of how we ended up with North and South Korea. His personal experiences made it very relatable and he was ready to answer any questions. If the bridge happens to be closed due to weather, it was be quite the hike up the hill but worth it for the views.

As an Australian family of Filipino descent travelling with our 7-year-old, we wanted a DMZ experience that felt safe, well-organised, and genuinely informative. This VIP DMZ tour delivered on all fronts. Alice, our tour guide, was outstanding. She explained the history and significance of the Korean border area in a way that was easy to follow, respectful, and engaging—especially for families. She managed the group smoothly, gave clear instructions at every checkpoint, and made sure everyone understood the timing and requirements. Most importantly, she was thoughtful with our child, helping us feel comfortable throughout the day. Our driver was excellent—professional, calm, and very safe on the road. The vehicle was comfortable and the overall pacing of the day felt well planned, which makes a big difference when travelling with a young kid. This was a memorable and meaningful experience for our family. If you’re considering the DMZ, I highly recommend doing it as a VIP tour—Alice and the driver made it seamless. Highly recommended

Overall great experience and we would highly recommend a tour. Alice, our guide was really helpful, knowledgeable and great company. She's clearly passionate about her job and helping tourists understand and get a better experience of their time in Seoul. Very glad we decided to book with this company.

It was a tour along the border between South and North Korea, and for someone like me who loves uncharted territory, it was an emotional journey.
