The tour guide gave very minimal information about the site Barcelona. Because the first stop for the WC was not quite open, she did not wait and some of us needed to use it. When we were waiting at the bus stop, we rushed to the nearby train station looking for the WC which we couldn't find. She should have helped us. Luckily the bus was delayed and after a 3rd attempt, several of us found it under duress because we could have missed the bus. The important part of the trip was access to Park Guell and La Sagrada de Familia which we enjoyed except that we had to rush through Park Guell due to a limited time of 1 hour.

Tour guide gave us free time often instead of leading the group. English was hard to understand. Group was not small as advertised. We merged with another group.

The tour was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Brian was a great guide with a great sense of humour. Very knowledgeable. The bus was air conditioned and nice to get out of the heat. My first Viator tour and won’t be my last.
