She knows her stuff and I can tell her passion towards to her job !! She enjoyed giving us a tour. I joined myself while my partner was at work. You can really notice the passion, knowledge, and affection with which she shares the history and essence of Bern. Karina has a very special way of connecting with people and making the tour feel close, fun, and authentic. Not only did we learn a lot about the city and its history, but she also made us enjoy every corner of the old town in a very special way. She was attentive, patient, and flexible from the start, adapting to what we wanted to see and explaining everything in a clear, friendly way.
