Our 5-day, 4-night tour of Bhutan was excellent, largely thanks to our guide, Pema, and driver, Jamyang. Jamyang was a very safe and reliable driver, making the journeys comfortable and stress-free. Our guide, Pema, was the highlight. His knowledge of Buddhist spirituality was impressive. At sites like Tiger's Nest Monastery and Punakha Dzong, he provided clear and insightful explanations about the history and practices, which greatly enhanced our understanding. He was also exceptionally kind and attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and happy throughout the trip. The partnership between Pema and Jamyang made the entire experience seamless. I would highly recommend this tour, especially with Pema.

Our trip to Bhutan with Best with Bhutan exceeded all expectations, thanks largely to our guide Pema and driver Jamyang. From the moment we arrived, Pema’s deep spiritual connection to his country shone through in every temple visit and monastery we explored together. The highlights were unforgettable — hiking up to Tiger’s Nest was both challenging and rewarding, and visiting the Fertility Temple gave us genuine insight into Bhutanese traditions and beliefs. Pema has a gift for bringing these sacred places to life, sharing stories and teachings that made each location meaningful rather than just another tourist stop. What stood out most was Pema’s authenticity. His explanations of Buddhist practices and local customs came from a place of genuine devotion, which made our experience feel deeply enriching. He was patient with our questions, thoughtful in his responses, and perfectly attuned to our group’s pace and interests. If you’re looking for more than just sightseeing — if you want to truly understand Bhutan’s spiritual heart — we can’t recommend Pema and Best with Bhutan highly enough. This journey with my two friends has left us with memories and perspectives we’ll carry forward for years to come.

We had such an amazing experience in Bhutan thanks to our wonderful guide, Pema, and our skilled driver, Jamyang. Pema was incredibly knowledgeable and shared Bhutanese culture, history, and his insights into Buddhism in a way that felt both engaging and personal. He always checked in on us, made sure we were comfortable, and brought us to the best spots — including hidden viewpoints and great photo locations we never would’ve found on our own. They really made our trip unforgettable. We’re genuinely grateful for their kindness and hospitality, and we would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Bhutan.

I can say that during a three-week trip away from home, my guide Kinley and driver Nangay made me feel like family. I had incredible experiences while visiting Paro and Thimphu. The climb to Tiger's Nest was more enjoyable and less tiring, talking with Kinley and his experiences. On the last night, I asked to have an experience at a local family's home, and he asked me what I would like to eat. I can eat anything, and they prepare a delicious meal. Afterward, the whole family made a point of taking photos with me and keeping them forever in their memories. Just as I will forever cherish these incredible moments in Bhutan, from the airport to the airport back. If i ever return there, Kinley is my first option.

I recently returned from a life-changing and deeply healing trip to Bhutan organized by Inbound Tour, and I can’t recommend them enough. From start to finish, everything was seamless and filled with care. My guide Pema was incredible—knowledgeable, patient, and so passionate about sharing Bhutan’s history, culture, and Buddhist traditions. I learned more about mindfulness and compassion in those days than I ever imagined. Our driver Dawa was equally amazing. Not only did he keep us safe on every winding mountain road, but he also shared stories and insights about daily life in Bhutan that made each journey between stops feel meaningful. A special thank you to Thinley, who coordinated the entire trip behind the scenes. When my connecting flight was unexpectedly canceled, Thinley went above and beyond to rebook my flights and make sure my plans stayed on track—turning what could have been a stressful situation into something completely smooth. As a solo female traveler, I have never felt safer or more cared for. Pema, Dawa, and Thinley made sure I was comfortable and supported at every step—whether it was checking that I had everything I needed, arranging meals, or simply making me feel welcome in their beautiful country. Bhutan itself is breathtaking—the monasteries, the landscapes, and the sense of peace are beyond words—but it was truly the kindness and wisdom of the people I met through Inbound Tour that made this trip transformative. If you’re looking for a trip that nourishes your soul and stays with you long after you leave, Inbound Tour is the team you want by your side.

Namgay Wangchuk and Tandin Wangchuk were amazing guides. They listened to our interests and modified the trip accordingly. Not only did we see fascinating sites, we really experienced the Bhutanese culture. That includes a competitive game of Snooker as well as watching a traditional archery competition. They also patiently tolerated and answered as best they could an endless stream of questions about the culture, politics and economy. Tandin is an expert driver who navigated narrow winding roads and many obstacles with aplomb. I highly recommend this firm and these gentlemen if you are considering a tour of Bhutan.

Bhutan Best Inbound was flawlessly courteous through the whole process. They were flexible both before and during the trip as our travel objectives changed. The guide and driver offered the highest service in all details, including double checking every menu beforehand for those of us with allergies. Our trip included two monastery hikes, one famous dzong (fort), all rooms and meals (a helpful bonus in Bhutan), picnic lunches at scenic riversides, local artists at work, and many other small details.
