Rix, our tour guide, was a charming, intelligent man who provided interesting historical information on each of the locations and readily responded to queries. Unfortunately one of the locations, the Taoist temple, was closed to visitors on the day of our excursion but the remaining sites made up for the lack of this one. It may help others to point out in advance that the Basilica Minore has a strict dress code if you want to enter. No shorts for the men, wear trousers(or pants for our American friends) and ladies should wear sleeved tops and longer skirts.

This is an excellent tour to see some parts of Cebu that you wouldn't expect to see as a tourist, the example of this is the Amsterdam Little Garden and the Temple of Leah. We saw everything on the agenda, but unfortunately due to traffic problems we were unable to get into the Fort before it closed. However, this did not detract from it being an excellent tour and well worth the money. Angel was a very friendly, knowledgeable tour guide. A note for future travellers you need to be aware that any tour in this city will be delayed by the gridlocked traffic.

Very good experience touring and learning about Cebu from our very knowledgeable tour guide Rix and very experienced driver Daryl. They planned the logistics well so that we were flowing with the traffic during our tour. Cebu is rich in history and Rix was able to bring this to life thru his iteration of facts about the places included in the tour. They were wonderful people to tour around. Thank you!

Great fun and value - first we headed up to the Temple of Leah, enjoying the grandeur of such a magnificent tribute to love and a fantastic view of Cebu, despite the descending inclement weather. To the Sirao Pictorial Garden, beautiful, though we did visit on a public holiday, which meant a lot of other excited, local visitors to navigate around. Next the Taoist temple - again a very cool half hour - then to a real highlight in the 350 year old Yap Sandiego Ancestral House. Well worth the visit. Fort Pedro was beautiful despite a downpour, and the Magellan cross hugely popular with the locals. This stands outside the Basilica Minore del Sto. Nino de Cebu - make sure you dress conservatively if you wish to go in there though, otherwise you will not be allowed in. Thank you so much to Annabel, our very informative and helpful guide for the day. Fully recommend this tour.

The is surely the best tour in Cebu?! Not sure why I'm the first to review it here. This was the only city tour I found that packed in all the sights - beyond just doing Magellan's Cross area or the fort and downtown. You see absolutely all the main places on this one, even though the gardens and temple of leah are a little way out of town. The guuide was also superb, making this a must do tour and one I can't recommend highly enough. Just be careful of your time though as it takes about 6hrs from pick up at the hotel to the return at about 2.30pm.
