April 21st. We met our tour guide Leo and driver Lin at the train station. Although it was raining today, we got to see West Lake and the surrounding mountains. We then visited Lingyin Temple which was very interesting with lots of history . We enjoyed a simple lunch that was recommended by Leo near the tea plantation. The food was very good and good value . We then visited the beautiful Meijiawu Tea Village, and it was interesting to see the plantations. Even in the rain, we visited an old street with so many different shops and experiences. The driver was very good and guide even better.Hangzhou is truly a city worth visiting.

Tour guide was most helpful in providing background to local history and culture for someone who only has come to this location as a first timer. This is only 2nd trip to china; provided a once in a lifetime experience. Most helpful in navigating the crowds of other Large groups. Very different one-on-one experience. Definitely will keep in mind for future trips!

This morning we met our guide Leo. We were so lucky that it hardly rained today, and our itinerary went extremely smoothly. We visited Lingyin Temple and took a boat ride on the beautiful West Lake. Everything was so refreshing. During the bright and sunny springtime, we also visited the world-renowned tea village and a bustling ancient street. Today was truly a day worth repeating.

Today we completed our itinerary very smoothly. We not only visited the highlights of Hangzhou but also avoided the crowds. We saw the Peony Pavilion in Huagangguan Yu Park, enjoyed the beautiful lake views from a boat, tasted the freshest green tea of the year, visited the world-renowned tea village, and experienced the vibrant city of Hangzhou. The bamboo in Yunqi Bamboo Path was especially peaceful and serene. Our guide Leo helped us navigate all these places with ease. Thank you and see you next time!

Fantastic full day customised tour with guide and 6 seater vehicle that started with a fascinating morning at the Panda Research Centre followed by a walking tour of the very cool Yulin Road and Fanghua Street precincts. We then visited the People's Park and walked along the historic Jin Jiang rivers edge before ending up at the beautiful Anshun Covered Bridge. Our guide Schuyler was brilliant; he was very knowledgeable and engaging and had excellent English. He really made our day in Chengdu fun and interesting and showed us parts of Chengdu we would not have experienced without the benefit of his local insights. Caroline from Your Way Holidays was great to deal with when I was organising the day tour, offering suggestions and coordinating the guide, driver and admission fees to suit our itinerary and keeping us informed once we were in China. This private day tour was one of three in China I arranged through Caroline and Your Way Holidays; they were all great experiences that went according to plan without any hassles.

, we embarked on a visit to the enchanting West Lake during the delightful springtime. We inspected the sites where President Nixon had visited Hangzhou, paid a visit to a significant temple, and in the renowned tea village, we tried extremely fresh green tea. Finally, we explored the ancient city area. Today has been an unforgettable day. Thank you, and until next time!

My wife being a big fan of tea this visit was to be one of the highlights of our 2 weeks trip to China😡 unfortunately the total lack of listening to our guide went beyond unimaginable Usually our ratings are between 4 and 5*, but here 1. For a couple visit it would be good if our requests were taken into account. However, it started well with an on time arrival and at the start we insisted that as part of the day the objective was to test and buy longjing green tea and other thes The result while there is no shortage of possibilities was to end up in a state store with a green tea that was not up to our expectations even if we were prepared for a substantial budget to guarantee a souvenir of this trip. Fortunately this morning on Hangzhou with the help of internet users we were able to go to the Hangzhou tea market and found our happiness😀

In this blossom-drenched March spring is at its loveliest. At ten o'clock this morning, we met up with our tour guide Leo, and together feasted our eyes on the gentle spring vistas of West Lake. Having strolled through Hefang Old Street—steeped in down-to-earth local charm—the day before, we first paid a visit to the elegant and picturesque Guozhuang Garden today, then traveled to Meijiawu, the world-famous tea town, where we tasted a cup of freshly picked, crisp spring tea. This Jiangnan spring journey is so cozy and healing that it will stay etched in our minds. See you next time!

This morning, we had the pleasure of meeting Leo, our Hangzhou tour guide. The air was crisp and invigorating as we visited the tranquil Xixi Wetlands. We felt very relaxed on the boat ride in the Wetlands. Next we delved into the Wensan Road Digital Life Block where we see high tech products on display. Good to know what’s the latest in new tech. Thanks to the exceptional efforts of our driver and guide, we were able to view at the gate, the site of the Alibaba Group. To be able enter Alibaba grounds, we should have booked tickets in advance. A particular delight was our lunch at a local eatery, where the prices were affordable and the cuisine authentically local. While the afternoon visit to the robotic showroom was fascinating, navigating it can be challenging for seniors. However, we enjoyed the exposure to the latest in tech products. All in all, it was a memorable day.
