We had a fantastic half-day tour of Kochi with our fun-loving guide, Eriko! She brought so much energy and personality to the experience and made every stop memorable. From exploring the beautiful Kochi Castle to visiting a peaceful local shrine, we really got a great feel for the culture and history of the area. One of the highlights was definitely Hirome Market, such a lively and authentic spot with amazing local flavors and a vibrant atmosphere. Eriko made sure we didn’t miss a thing and kept the tour engaging from start to finish. She even had us dancing and wearing Japanese clothes! Highly recommend this tour and especially Eriko if you’re visiting Kochi!

Excellent intro to Kochi, the castle was definitely the highlight, also don’t miss the Katsuo no Tataki (seared bonito), a local speciality- in Hirome market for a super local experience. Extra thanks to Kana for a great experience.

Our sweet guides Erica and Natski were so accommodating and did a great job showing our group of 6 the highlights of Kochi including helping us all order our lunches at the market! At the Temple they also explained the methodology of presenting a prayer! Lots of great history, they patiently waited while we all took on the sites at our pace! I highly recommend these young ladies to show you around Kochi!

Our guide carried out our tour, however her knowledge was based on reading out from a script. Gave the impression this was probably one of the first times she'd done it.

Eriko and her friend were absolutely the best tour guides we have experienced. Eriko is knowledgeable, articulate, very friendly and attentive. My wife and I had a very enjoyable tour. The highlight was meeting some of her young English students and families while walking to the market. Thank you for such a rich and meaningful experience.

It's a walking tour, but unfortunately it was raining. So we had to purchase an umbrella first from 7-11 store (not included from the tour). We visited three Samurai statues, Kochi castle, Hirome market and other spots on the walking route. The tour guides Kazu and Kana were very nice.
