Thank you so much Kristen for leading such a wonderful tour of Kobe! We really appreciated how you tailored the experience to the sites we wanted to see. The Kobe beef dinner at the restaurant you recommended was fantastic—the food was absolutely delicious, and it was such a fun experience. We also took your suggestion the next day and tried the local ramen restaurant, which was equally great. Your recommendations truly enhanced our time in Kobe. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and love of the city with us. It made all the difference in making our visit memorable.

Loved our Kochi tour! It started out a little slow, but as we walked and learned about the Kochi highlights, got to know the tour guides, and the other guests, the tour kept getting better! Loved the market, Shopping, eating Bonita and other Kochi food specialities! Those two even got this group of retirees dancing in the streets in Kimonos! Thanks for a great experience in Kochi!

Perfect half day excursion, and a welcome break from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. Erico was the ideal guide: punctual, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and just fun to be with.

I would never book with this vendor!!!!! We do not speak Japanese so we gave the meeting point address to the taxi driver. When we arrived the tour guide was no where to be found. We come to find out the meeting place was not as the address said but at a train station. After many texts(no phone was answered) we were told we could wait until the tour operator came to where we were were but at this point it was an hour past the meeting time so we asked to cancel. He refused to refund our money. The worst part was the tour operator said they had sent us the meeting place beforehand….i checked what’s app, email , messages and could not find this notification he spoke about. I’ve taken many Viator tours without ever having an issue. I don’t understand why you would have a meeting place listed on the app in Japanese, which is not the meeting place…..

Our tour guide Kana was wonderful. I would recommend her. However, this tour was far too expensive for what we got. We could have made it to Kochi Castle on our own. The price we paid for the tour was $426 CAD. We did 8 tours on our Japan/South Korea Tour. So we have an idea about how much a tour should cost.

We had a fantastic half-day tour of Kochi with our fun-loving guide, Eriko! She brought so much energy and personality to the experience and made every stop memorable. From exploring the beautiful Kochi Castle to visiting a peaceful local shrine, we really got a great feel for the culture and history of the area. One of the highlights was definitely Hirome Market, such a lively and authentic spot with amazing local flavors and a vibrant atmosphere. Eriko made sure we didn’t miss a thing and kept the tour engaging from start to finish. She even had us dancing and wearing Japanese clothes! Highly recommend this tour and especially Eriko if you’re visiting Kochi!

Excellent intro to Kochi, the castle was definitely the highlight, also don’t miss the Katsuo no Tataki (seared bonito), a local speciality- in Hirome market for a super local experience. Extra thanks to Kana for a great experience.

Our sweet guides Erica and Natski were so accommodating and did a great job showing our group of 6 the highlights of Kochi including helping us all order our lunches at the market! At the Temple they also explained the methodology of presenting a prayer! Lots of great history, they patiently waited while we all took on the sites at our pace! I highly recommend these young ladies to show you around Kochi!

Our guide carried out our tour, however her knowledge was based on reading out from a script. Gave the impression this was probably one of the first times she'd done it.
Was US$150.00
