3.00It's a beautiful town, but you don't need to stay long. I'd recommend visiting small breweries, like Lucerner Bier, and a boat/catamaran cruise on the lake.

5.00We did a private photography tour with Luis Medina. I had a new mirrorless Nikon that was stressing me out and Luis was great at helping me remember the basics of Aperture, Speed and ISO. He’s great at helping to frame pictures as well. Enjoyed very much the places we walked and the pictures I got!

1.00I am disappointed. It was cancelled at the last minute. I booked for 20 Feb 2023. I waited for the guide who did not show up. I called the number on the booking email and was informed the cancellation is due to the carnival which is happening in Lucern for 3 days. He claimed he sent an email cancellation 2 hours prior. But I checked my email he only sent 1 hour prior. I had arrived in Lucern on that day at 2pm and rushed to the meeting place at 3PM as not to waste any time. I am sorely disappointed with the casualness attitude. This carnival happens yearly and why oh why do you accept booking when you knew it is not going to happen? And to add insult to the injury, you give empty hope that you could arrange another tour the next day but only informed at a very late hour at 11.23 PM on 20 Feb 23. that it is not going to happen yet again. Ofcourse I am promised to get my refund. But the unprofessional attitude is uncalled for. Not only that because of difference of currencies I get SG$10 less than what I paid for. Not to mention expensive telephone call to speak and checked with company, I think must be the guide himself. I did not know about the carnival in Lucern till I reached there. I would give minus zero and no star. I did my DIY walking tour the next morning when the roads are quieter which is more rewarding.

5.00This was the best walking tour I ever had! Luis was very knowledgeable on historical details about Lucerne. We walked around the lake and covered Lucerne's main landmarks. Also, his photography skills are outstanding! I brought my Nikon D7200 camera for this tour and it was nice to have a professional photographer to teach me the tips and tricks to take amazing pictures of Luzern! He was very patient with me changing on and off lenses and getting it right. He even took picture of me (which is very appreciated as I am the only one photographer in my family). I highly recommend his tour to anybody!
