5.00Yes This tour with our captain Eli was a 10+ It was so relaxing and Eli was so informative regarding that we were seeing. Coming from the Northwest; Oregon we were amazed at Miami and its culture. The tour gave us a perspective of living in a vibrant costal city with warm temperatures.
