Our tour with Carmen was beyond our expectations. It was a great experience despite the rain! He was not only informative but very accommodating. He added so many interesting facts and gave us so much information. It was a great experience!

Carmin was an outstanding guide! We not only learned about the sites we were visiting but also about the Italian/Milanese culture. Carmin was an excellent communicator. His stories made the history very interesting and informative. He was very considerate of everyone on the tour - young and old. One of the best tours we’ve been on!

Wonderful! Our tour guide Simone was a wealth of knowledge about Milano and Italy. It was a pleasure to spend the day with his contagious enthusiasm. Learned so much and have wonderful pictures to treasure! And the absolute highlight: The Last Supper!

Tour was good and our guide Claudia was very informative. Only thing would be if they were a little bit better organised. We started the tour at the castle and then headed into the Duomo. Once complete we hade some free time and then told to head back to the area we started to see the last supper, 25min walk in the heat of the middle of the day after having walked for 3 & a half hours (or 15 euro cab fare if you felt the walk was too long which some older couples experienced) Maybe do the last supper 1st, then the castle and finally the duomo leaving people to their own devices once the tour finished in the central area of Milan.

Poorly arranged with regard to the sequence of the tour sites. The participants needed to taxi multiple times to the starting place and then back to the same area for the Last Supper and then back to respective hotels —- Costing us 3 taxi fares from Duomo area. Guide misinformed us about time of Last Supper meet-up (she said 2:00), so in addition to taxiing back to the site, we waited in the heat, ended up getting our own tickets because we were told our entry was 2:00; and then Viator person showed up at what was supposed to be the actual meeting time 2:30 time for orientation. We did finally enter at 3:00. Also no time to rest, hydrate and have lunch. The Last Supper guide was from the museum/church site. Our first guide (Claudia) should have given the group an orientation to the day, and Viator should have provided a guide to stay with the group back to the Last Supper site. As a solo traveler, I was left on my own. Also I am hearing impaired and Viator should explore use of audio sets that are more compatible with Bluetooth hearing aids. I would pay extra for that accommodation.
