What To Expect
Maid Of The Mist
The boat starts off at a calm part of the Niagara River, near the Rainbow Bridge, and takes its passengers past the American and Bridal Veil Falls, then into the dense mist of spray inside the curve of the Horseshoe Falls, also known as the Canadian Falls. (Seasonal, May through October).
Cave of the Winds
An elevator takes you from the area between the American and Canadian Falls down to the level of the Niagara River at the base of the American Falls. A series of redwood decks and platforms allow sightseers to walk right up to the base of the Bridal Veil Falls with water crashing down right on them and flowing beneath the decking.

My partner and I are American citizens currently staying on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, but we specifically chose to explore the nature-based excursions on the American side — and we’re so glad we did! The natural beauty here is more preserved and peaceful, and Goat Island in particular took our breath away. It’s the perfect place to soak in stunning views, walk scenic trails, and feel truly connected to nature. A huge part of what made this excursion so memorable was our amazing tour guide, Emma. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but her positive energy was contagious from the very beginning. She shared fascinating facts about the area, kept the group engaged, and went out of her way to make sure everyone had a great experience. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does, and it made all the difference. If you’re trying to experience all the beautiful and cool things Niagara Falls has to offer, booking this excursion is a must. We saw so much in just one trip— nature, history, and unforgettable views. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely book this again!

5.00This was absolutely amazing. Everything & more we’d hoped for. Our guide Susanna was knowledgeable but didn’t over talk, gave us plenty of time to navigate through things & plenty of helpful “local tips” to each attraction.

4.00Driver was over 30 minutes late. No contact from company to inform that the driver was running late. I had to call the company. I was given 2 pick up places so that was confusing. Also given address for parking that wasn’t available. Found out later there was a place I could have parked for free. Tour was ok. I felt rushed.

5.00This was a great tour! You get to see all sides and get to know the history of the falls. Make sure that you bring water shoes for the Caves of the winds, you will get completely soaked.
