• Pick up and drop off at any location in Niagara Falls, NY

It was amazing!!! Our tour guide Jimmy Coyote was absolutely the best. All we had to do was get in the van and Jimmy did the rest. Jimmy made it an experience of a lifetime. You are fortunate to have such an incredible employee and we were fortunate enough to have him as our guide.

I didn't get to ride maid of the mist but was given access to the local aquarium. We asked for a refund on one ticket and are still waiting to hear back. The tour guide was informative but the areas are open to the public. I would not recommend using the service as it is available to the public. Juat purchase tickets for observation deck and cave on your own.
