The tour was great and very informative. The hardest part was finding the tour guide at the meeting point. We showed up 15 minutes early and waited with no luck. Then when the tour was to begin, I found a message from the tour company with a link to a different geographic location. We walked there and still no tour guide. We walked around for a few more minutes with no luck. When we called the tour operator, they sent us back to the original meeting place that we had waited at for 20 minutes with no luck. We finally found the guide with a tiny sign with our name on it. Tour was a casual pace and a great way to ask a lot of questions. The climb to the tower was well worth it even though the staircase was narrow and there are no handrails.

Katerina was fantastic! She covered so much in two hours and we had a small, personal group attention. She took great care of us and you could see her love for Pisa.
