Our guide, Fotis, picked us up in Fira and took us all the way to Oia and back, stopping at a variety of stunning viewpoints along the way. We got to see the iconic blue-domed churches, the unique Red Beach, and even some hidden gems we would never have found on our own, including a charming traditional village and a monastery at the highest point of the island. What really made the tour stand out was Fotis himself. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful throughout the day. His knowledge of Santorini’s history and culture was impressive, and he explained everything in a way that was both engaging and easy to follow. You could genuinely feel his passion for the island, which made the whole experience even more special. We also loved having the flexibility of a private tour—it allowed us to take our time, enjoy the views without feeling rushed, and even stop for a relaxing swim and lunch at Perivolos Beach.
