I booked for my 4 European colleagues and they enjoyed Tom’s great knowledge and arrangement for day tour. He also kept everyone’s needs on top of his mind. Worth recommending!

Tom had great communication leading up to the tour and was punctual upon our arrival at PVG. He was friendly to talk to and showed us around the Bund for the beginning of our tour. We learned a lot about Chinese history. Tom then introduced us to our next guide, Qi, and she was fantastic! She truly added to our experience and was a lot of fun to spend ~8 hours with. She was able to quickly cater the tour to our interests (food!) and time allowance, constantly making valuable changes to our itinerary on the fly. I highly recommend this tour if you are on a layover at PVG!

Tom was such an awesome guide. He picked us up at our hotel right on time, drove us carefully everywhere, spoke amazing English, and was just full of so much information. Being a local, he had so many great insights and stories about all the places he took us to see. I am so glad that we went on this tour and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tom to any of my family and friends who might be in the Shanghai area. He's a fantastic guide and feels like an old friend!

I just had one day Shanghai tour with Tom yesterday, and very happy with it. Tom speaks English fluently. He is friendly, super nice, reliable, and has a vast knowledge of all tourists' destinations in Shanghai. He also helped me to navigate the markets, finding the items that i had been looking for. It's truly kind of him. Thanks to John for giving me an impressive lunch by taking me to a good restaurant, only known by the locals. It's hard to find a guided tour when traveling solo with a reasonable price But Tom has made his very affordable, the most affordable on trip advisor Overall, i have received an excellent service and a pleasant experience. I strongly recommend him to anyone who is interested in checking out shanghai.

We only had one day in Shanghai. Tom met us at the cruise terminal, showed us some highlights of Shanghai (including an excellent lunch stop) and dropped us at the airport in the evening. He is extremely interesting, knowledgeable, professional and friendly and we'd highly recommend a tour with Tom.
