  Very good experience and Rafael was great! We drive through the city with a short walk and opportunities for photos. Ferry ride was very nice and the cable car to the top had amazing views.

  Missed the tour b/c our flight out of the was U.S. canceled due snow and freezing rain. My husband & I were going to Zurich on business and were only going to be there for 3 days. We contacted the customer service number as soon as we found out that we were going to have to cancel our entire trip but they said that we still had to pay for tour b/c it was within the 24 hour cancelation window so you're welcome for the free money. Trust me we would rather have been on your tour than being stuck on the plane for 6 hours sitting at the gate, then being told the pilots had been given permission to head to the de-icing area so we could take off, then being told that our flight crew's legal time limit had been met so we would have to return to the gate and deplane. The next available flight was the following evening at 9pm PST. The business my husband was conducting was taking place on Monday and Tuesday and we were leaving for home on Wednesday so we were coming in a day earlier to give ourselves some free time to explore.

  Highly recommend this tour! Gil was our guide. The perfect blend of fun, informative, educational, history and interesting facts. He answered everyone's questions and was very cordial.

  Guillermo did a good job as tour guide and was very generous with his knowledge when answering questions. The driver did a great job too with all the traffic and pedestrians.
