Disappointing tour

2.00The bus trip to the ferry ride took us well outside Zurich and then the bus drove onto a car ferry for a 7 minute ride. The walk from the cable car to the viewing point was very rough. The commentary was in both Spanish and English which meant the guide was continually talking-and he was not very clear. Overall it was a disappointment. The tour was not really about Zürich and the Old Town part was almost nonexistent.

1.00Don’t have delayed flights or they won’t give your $ back. Didn’t even arrive in the county if the tour due to flights being cancelled and plane issues and they still won’t refund your $. Didn’t have wifi or access to call. Notified right away and didn’t arrive in time to take tour or reschedule tour. Don’t use them

5.00This was an awesome tour. Elizebeth was our tour guide and she made sure we all got to see everything the tour promised. Have to say that she got a challenging group to take around but she handled it very well. The tour itself was very good and well planned out. 3 cheers for Elizebeth

Comfortable bus tour but not really a ferry ride

3.00The bus is modern and comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable and informative showing Zurich off well but the ferry ride was a vehicle punt across the lake for 12 minutes so was disappointing.
