Cheonggyecheon is a beautifully restored 11-kilometer urban stream that runs through the heart of Seoul, offering a serene oasis amidst the bustling city. Our itinerary changed slightly due to some special holiday. But overall this is a great your. We went to the Ginseng museum which is very interesting with no pressure to buy. We had a great lunch at Insadong. We got a taste of the twisted donut and walked around the Gwangjang market. Namsangol Hanok village was very interesting with some very steep slopes. This tired some of us out for the Bukchon Hanok village after. Our guide Sunny is very attentive, providing us with up to date information all the time. She gave us some background of Korea history on the tour and she speaks very good English.

Sunny our tour guide was the best! She was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and kind. If you have WhatsApp, she will not only answer questions regarding the tour but anything regarding neighborhoods you maybe interested in. Most of the ladies were interested in the kbeauty products she used!

This is our first time in Korea and are only here a short time. This tour was great to get a sense of Korean history, culture and food. Judy was especially informative and planned the tour well. Be prepared for lots of walking, some stairs and a fully packed day.
