5.00I had a 2-hour walking tour with Victoria, and it was pure magic. She was fantastic at explaining historical events, but what truly made the experience special was the way she shared local insights and personal stories. Victoria has a real talent for bringing history to life, and she goes far beyond the typical tourist guide. You can tell she genuinely loves her city and enjoys connecting with people through her storytelling. Five stars are more than well-deserved — if I could, I’d give even more!

5.00Jan was our guide and was very entertaining. He bashed many of Brugge's enemies tongue in cheek. He gave a lot of history and pointed out museums of interest. An enjoyable tour with a great guide.

5.00Excellent tour. BEATRIZ is the one to go with, friendly, dynamic and entertaining. The tour consists of a very quiet passage through the streets of Bruges, braking in those historical recesses, to hear what happened in the Middle Ages. In itself the city is beautiful and rich, but the touch of Beatrice adds greatly for the experience. I highly recommend.

Sam is not only extremely knowledgeable but also passionate about what he does. From the very first minute, he captivated us with his enthusiasm for the city. He knew the history of every landmark and narrated it in a captivating and entertaining way. I was particularly impressed by how he managed to combine historical facts with anecdotes and personal stories, which made the tour lively and interesting. Sam was also very attentive and took the time to answer our questions. He showed us not only the well-known sights but also hidden gems that we would never have found on our own. His recommendations for local shops,restaurants and cafés were also excellent! The tour was well-structured, and Sam made sure we always felt comfortable and had plenty of time to take photos and enjoy the atmosphere. I highly recommend Sam as a tour guide and would book a tour with him again at any time. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

2.00A bit hard to use, to many questions. In my opinion not something to do if you rather mosey and just explore on your own. Maybe fun for a family and gives you specific thing to do for a more structured walk/DYI exploration
