5.00Ivy and Ken gave us the best tour guide one can ask for. At first, we were hesitant to book a group tour as we only have a small amount of time to work on but Ivy / Ken worked with us on this. Ivy was very knowledgeable on the subject too and even acted as our photographer thus going beyond the service she was contracted to do. I would recommend going with VIP Tracel as Im sure all their staff are as capable as both Ivy and Ken,

5.00Coco delivered one of the best tours I’ve ever experienced, and I’d recommend her to anyone visiting Korea. She kept us laughing all day with her sharp sense of humor while seamlessly weaving in fascinating history at every stop. Her eye for photography is next-level; she knew all the right angles and poses, so I came away with incredible shots at the library, the fortress, and during cave quest (I did not find any gold). If you want a guide who’s a history buff, a comedian, and a top-notch photographer all in one, Coco is the one to book.

5.00A welcomed change of pace. We had such a chilled day and the weather was just perfect. Our guide Nova was lovely, really bringing the tour to life and was our own little Instagram photographer ☺️ Nothing we didn’t like about the tour and the description was accurate.

5.00Ivy was patient with our group with different capabilities as we navigated through steps and slopes and a rainy day. The cave and fortress were impressive, and although the Starfield library was beautiful, it was a little too busy to fully appreciate.
