Bhutan Inbound was very accommodating from the beginning. I got sick just before our original departure date, and the owner was kind enough to help us reschedule without any problems. He also helped us customize our itinerary to match our interests and pace. We didn’t feel rushed, and we were able to spend more time at places we were really excited about. That flexibility made the whole trip feel more personal and enjoyable. We booked a private tour, and it was definitely worth it. Our guide, Pema, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and always ready to answer questions. He shared a lot of stories and facts about Bhutanese culture, religion, and history that helped us understand the country more deeply. Our driver, Nima, was also great. He was very professional and polite, and we always felt safe with him on the road. Bhutan has a lot of winding mountain roads, but he drove carefully and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. He was also great at keeping the car clean and offering water. Some of our favorite parts of the trip were visiting the Tiger’s Nest Monastery, trying Bhutanese dishes, and seeing the beautiful mountain views. We also really enjoyed visiting local temples and learning about Buddhist customs from Pema. Overall, this was a memorable and well-organized trip. The way everything was handled made it a great experience. We felt taken care of every step of the way. If we ever go to Bhutan again, we would definitely choose this company again.

Bhutan is an impressive country in the middle of the Himalayas, frozen in time. We had a wonderful time. Our guide Ugyaen and driver Jigme were very very kind and polite. We did a very complete tour of 6 nights and 7 days. Most spectacular were the Punakha dzong, Tiger Nest in Paro, and the temples in Thimphu. If you are short on time, I would recommend skipping Phobjikha Valley, which is very far and not that impressive. We were fortunate to see many monks and nuns and appreciate their way of life up close. First at Buddha Dordenma Statue we met hundreds of monks because it was a holiday. We then went to a nunnery where we were able to witness an afternoon ritual with prayers and chants, and finally a ceremony at one of the Tiger Nest temples. An incredible trip, very authentic and spiritual. I highly recommend it

We had an amazing 14 day tour through Bhutan best inbound for our honeymoon! On arrival our guide Tenzin asked about our interests and what we wanted from the tour and adapted it as we went along. His knowledge of the country and easy going character made the trip hassle free, he went above and beyond to give us the time of our lives from a extra suprise organising a motorbike for 3 days to waking up at the crack of dawn to search out black neck cranes for us! And a special thanks to our drivers Pema and Tandin for getting us around safely. Bhutan best inbound were really accommodating and helped us plan the trip down to the day fitting in wildlife watching in Manas park as well. There is no doubt that we will be back again! and using Bhutan best inbound for our trip planning. Nat and Alice

Our trip to Bhutan with Best Bhutan Inbound was amazing! Our guide Namgay and driver Tenzin made the trip really great - they were both very friendly and made sure we had an itinerary that included everything we wanted to do. I really appreciated the effort they put into our trip, and their flexibility in changing or adding some activities based on our preferences. We were interested in seeing a local market, so they found us one. We wanted to check out archery, so they found us a place to practice with a bow and arrow. We wanted to see animals, so they took us to a reserve with takins. In addition, Namgay was extremely informative and always took the time to answer our questions about any sites we visited. We never felt rushed, and had some downtime in addition to activities. Before the trip, I spent a lot of time emailing with Thinley at Best Bhutan Inbound about our trip. Thinley was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful and I really enjoyed working with him as well! He even gave us a gift once we got to Bhutan, which was very thoughtful. I would recommend Best Bhutan Inbound, as well as Thinley, Namgay, and Tenzin!

We had a great time on our tour! We visited the western part of the country, the cities of Thimphu, Punaka, and Paro. Though we visited only a small part of the country, we felt that we were able to experience the culture and learn some of the traditions. We did a few short hikes, saw many temples and dzong, and enjoyed excellent food. Our guide, Namgay, and our driver, Tenzin, took great care of us. They were very communicative in regards to timing & planning, and they both spoke clear and fluent English. We appreciated that they were flexible to our interests, and they suggested a few activities like going to a vegetable market once they saw my curiosity about the cuisine of Bhutan. They were friendly and very accommodating, making sure we stayed well hydrated and well fed. Namgay had a wealth of knowledge and would do research in the evenings if there were questions he didn't know the answer to. Tenzin was an excellent driver, we felt very safe and comfortable with him navigating the winding roads of Bhutan. Bhutan Best Inbound Tours was well organized and booked us good hotels. We felt comfortable in each hotel and overall had a smooth trip thanks to their planning. Note that while each hotel was comfortable, clean, and accommodating, hot water and room heat were not always readily available. Overall, we recommend Bhutan Best Inbound Tours and touring with Namgay and Tenzin!

Me and my husband visited Bhutan during our honeymoon, and our experience was extraordinary thanks to Inbound Tours as well as our guide Sangay and our driver Sonam. We highly recommend them for any tour in Bhutan. We visited Thimphu, Paro and Punakha during our 4 night/5 day stay. The schedule was thoughtfully planned and very well executed. We got to experience the nature, local culture, cuisine and visit highlights such as the Tigers Nest during the stay. Hotels and food held a very good standard, and left us feeling like we got great value for the money spent. The vehicle was comfortable and our guides were always prepared to assist us, always thinking ahead and anticipating our needs. Our guide Sangay was very knowledgeable and him, together with Sonam, made the excursions hikes not only interesting but also fun. Any question you have about the country, they’ll answer. We didn’t have to ask for help with things, instead they would anticipate the need and provide help before we even requested it. Additionally, Inbound Tours helped us a lot in quickly getting the Bhutanese visa - they made the trip possible. Excellent service! I cannot recommend them enough, we are so thankful for all the team for making this the best trip of our lives and look forward to using their service again on our next trip to Bhutan.

I was visiting Bhutan for the second time. The first time was with my friends and this time it was to be with my wife. The choice of hotels were to be impeccable and the trip had to be perfect. And this is when I came across Bhutan Best Inbound and Thinley. I had contacted multiple local Bhutan tour agencies and this agency was just super-prompt and ever responsive. Starting from planning the itinerary to selecting hotels, vehicle, etc., everything was accommodated by them without any hesitation and with lots of constructive suggestions. Our trip started on Feb 09 and we were picked up by Mr. Wangchuk (Guide) and Mr. Pema (Chauffeur) and were very warm throughout our trip. At no point during out trip we felt disappointed. Our visit was a 7D/6N trip and we visited Thimphu, Punakha, Gangtey valley and Paro. Our guide Mr. Wangchuk accompanied us to all the places and explained us everything in detail. All accomodations were just perfect (with exceptional views) and delicious food. Overall, the trip was just perfect thanks to Thinley, Wangchuk and Pema. I would strongly recommend Bhutan Inbound for anyone planning a trip to Bhutan.

Me and my husband had booked a tour with Bhutan Best Inbound Tour. Ms. Geeta was a focal person from Bhutan Inbound who arranged our tour. The tour went without a single hiccups from the time we were picked up from Paro International Airport till the drop. Our guide Namgay was superb and our driver Jigme really knew how to maneuver through curvaceous road of Bhutan. The hotel arranged were neat and clean. We covered following destination Thimphu, Paro, Punakha and Haa Valley. We tried traditional hot stone bath and local Archery with local people and it was a memorable experience; we also had farm house lunches, picnic by the river side but the best part was a surprise candle light dinner at Zhiwaling Ascent surrounded by forest , arranged by the Inbound team. We were really touched with this gesture. Thank you Bhutan Best Inbound for your lovely service. We will recommend you to all our friends and family. Thank You
