5.00Very nice tour by Zhenis! The communication between us and the tour guide was very smooth which made things a lot easier when agreeing on where to get picked up. Zhenis is a very enthusiastic guide, and also takes an interest in you! I would definitely book another tour with him if i had more time in Kazakhstan. Zhenis by the way is also a very talented with drones and can make amazing video's and pictures with it.

5.00Though I was initially apprehensive about going on tour, I was pleasantly surprised. Zhenis helped to create a friendly atmosphere within the group. He communicated clearly, was very approachable, and took good care of everything. Beyond what was offered, he also took great photos and drone shots. Thanks for giving us a great experience to remember!

5.00Serge is a great young guy who can speak fluent English and is quite fun too! We had a great time at Big Almaty Lake and we enjoyed our day. Btw the driver is really pro and can drive in snow like flying!!!
