Very informative. You have the option of sitting on the top deck where it's open or sitting inside. I like the fact that ear buds are provided, but they're not wireless.

Nice tour about the mobsters that were killed in Chicago. If you’re expecting anything more, book another tour. Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable.

This was a great way to see the sites of Chicago. Felicia was a fun tour guide and so was the younger gentleman-they kept you engaged and informed you of the history af the area. The last time we hopped on, an older gentleman was the driver and he did not engage with the passengers at all. Glad we were only on his bus for a short time. It was a bit of a challenge finding a pick up spot when we got to the city even with the app. The signs need to be more visual-and add exact address locations on the app.

One single complaint, but a huge one: the comments are only in two languages, English and Italian (it seems to me). It is impossible to have comments in French.

The last bus for stop # 8 is scheduled for an 6:10 p.m. pick up. The bus neither drove by or drove by before 6:10 p.m., waited until 6:20 p.m. Did not finish seeing the last 3 stops and had to walk to my vehicle. The driver was not informative.

Definitely a must in Chicago to see the sites. Easy off and on bus ride. It was sunny so definitely need sunscreen or a hat if you plan to be at the top of the bus. Recommend that the explanation of sites would have been better.

Felicia was our first driver and she was great as she gave lots of information and plenty of time to get pictures. Get on her bus and you won't be disappointed. I would also try to sit on the left side as it seams most things pointed out we're on that side.

Dress warmly if it’s not summer. It truly is the Windy City! Best views are from the top. Be familiar with where you want to get off to see more because we missed “the bean” and Sky Deck not knowing where they were.

Awesome experience and learned a bit along the way. Highly recommend and ride up top if not too windy.
