We got there early and kept trying to find the place , didn’t see any signs. I guess they put the signs when the Bus is there. Otherwise the tour was great.
Very easy and convenient ride but not as easy to find the starting location

Sign up was easy and the convenience of riding the bus and getting on/off was just what we needed for my parents visiting the city. The only complaint was that stop #1 was quite far away from where it was listed on the digital map. We waited in the wrong stop for 45 min.

Tried to get on the bus near my lodging (stop #3) I was told I had to go to stop #1 to scan my voucher and get paper ticket. Walked a mile to get there. The driver was really aggressive and only mumbled what stop were were at, no other information. He was driving erratically, breaking and accelerating hard/fast. He also yelled profanities at other drivers and dropped us off near stop 1 at 5pm, but not at the designated stop. I did have one great driver, Felicia, but only had her between stops #3 and #5 on the first day.
