Very rough ride, not for elderly. Difficult going up steps. Our bus lost commentary so we lost our place on tour and were delayed. Our driver was very considerate about how we could proceed.

Do this first and then plan your day. It makes sense. Instead of walking in circles like I did the first day here. It was horrible just walking and running into things.

We were only visiting for the day. Buying tickets online was very easy. Getting on and off was smooth. Didn't wait very long for next bus. Drivers were amazing in all the traffic. I would recommend Big Bus.

Superb service. Plenty to see and hopping on and off as necessary was brilliant. Slight disappointment that it finished so early but that’s not aviators fault.
